Stopped today for 1st time. Got the turkey club sandwich. I expected a cold lunch meat sandwich on toasted bread. I was blown away when I unwrapped it. Huge sandwich, absolutely delicious & turkey was shredded breast meat. Will definitely be going back. Can't wait to try their coffee & desserts next time!! 🤤
Although this location is somewhat off the beaten path, it is well worth the detour to stop in and grab a quick bite to eat or enjoy the coffee and a sweet treat! All the staff great you with smiling faces and are more than happy to answer any and all of the questions. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying all that Brush Valley Bistro has to offer.
This place is amazing! They took a request from me to make a cake I had years ago from a closed down bakery. Strawberry Pretzel Tort Cake. They knocked it out of the park! We all melted over it. The moist cake, fresh Strawberries and homemade icing stuffed with candied pretzels. Soooo Good! They also catered our luncheon with their fabulous Chicken Alfredo and salad with homemade bread! Who doesn't like bread right? Their prices are perfect for these hand made and home cooked...
