My husband picked up dinner at Chen's last night. Our first time and I was very disappointed. I ordered Chef's Special, Happy Family described as shrimp, beef, chicken and mixed vegetables in brown sauce. I ordered it without shrimp. The beef was poor quality, very tough, chicken mediocre. One piece of carrot, two pieces of celery both almost raw, green pepper and cabbage. Sauce needed to cook out thickener a little longer. We will not order there again. Asian Bistro in Imperial is 100% better in quality and taste.

The food is just OK. It's not bad, but not fantastic. I've ordered from here through the website a few times and it's always at least 10 minutes longer than it says.
Stopped in to dine for lunch, the crab Rangoon and king pao chicken was some of the best I've ever had and my wife and I just moved here from Virginia.

Chens serves really tasty food! Every item ordered had great flavor and was just cooked perfectly. Their Crab Rangoons are big with good amount of filling. The General Tsos tofu was fried perfectly. Can't wait to dine in for lunch!

I had a combo platter sweet and sour chicken, I wanted pork but it was unavailable. The crab Rangoons we're very large and the taste is amazing. Very good egg rolls and the egg drop soup was great. They seem to get a lot of take out orders and were surprised that we were dining in. Everyone is very nice and the chef came out to ask if we liked everything.
