Staff is short/curt and over all unpleasant/unkind. Was considering buying a couple of bottles of wine, but the lady's disgruntled attitude caused me to decide otherwise.

This is my and my granddaughter's place to go for a delicious choc chocolate chip muffin after school. The staff is always friendly. We love coming here to hang out and play games too!

Raccoon creek winery/ coal tipple brewery/ Kramers greenhouse is an incredible trifecta! They've been perfecting their wine for years and it has been really lovely to see their brewery business grow! Staff is incredibly personable and their plant collection is wide! Family owned, and you feel like you're part of the family upon entering the establishment! It's a must stop on my way to Pittsburg! I also highly recommend picking up a few bottles of wine and a growler of good beer then heading over and camping at raccoon creek state park! A hidden gem that feels like home!

My mom and I went to Raccoon Creek Winery and Coal Tipple Brewery on Christmas Eve. When we arrived, the staff was really friendly and told us they were giving each person a free glass of wine or pour of beer and free snacks. We went with a beer flight to sample a variety of beers and two free wine pours (peach apricot Chardonnay and pomegranate). All the beers and wines were great. Our favorites in the beer flight were the peanut butter porter and Apple Mine Drainage. I ended up buying some bottles of wine to take home. As I purchased these, the staff went above and beyond offering to carry the box to the car for us, even though that wasn't necessary. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in the area to try some of their other seasonal beers. They also have a nice porch and patio outdoor seating area for the spring and summer months. My mom wants to check out the greenhouse too. My only complaint (and it's a small one) was that I was unable to purchase a bottle of the pomegranate wine. It was awesome, and I was hoping to buy a bottle of it as a gift for a friend.

I do not know if it is because it's off season or because it was Sunday, but not impressed. We felt as we were a bother to the staff. And as we were looking around, they just kept appearing like we were thieves. The wine was average.

Shop for your garden and have a pint! Didn't expect a brewery / winery / bakery / greenhouse combo but why not? Enjoyed our visit - nice benches and a little waterfall / creek.

I couldn't be happier we stumbled upon this remote winery on a chilly January weekend. We were cordially greeted by one of the staff members, Amy. She was fabulous the entire night! She led us through both wine and beer samples and gave us suggestions based on our preferences. I ended up going with the Liebfraumilch, but my boyfriend went with a beer. The Liebfraumilch was smooth, not too sweet, and was easily drinkable. To go we purchased a bottle of the Peach Apricot Chardonnay (a compromised for a dry wine lover and a beer lover... haha). There are several places to sit inside the winery, but you can also ask for a fire to be lit on their patio if you're willing to sit outside. We sat inside and enjoyed a red velvet muffin as we drank and talked. It was calm, and we really ended up having a blast! We've already returned, and we plan on visiting again soon! It's a great cozy hangout! My only complaint is that I wasn't a big fan of any of their red wines. I'm a dry red drinker, but I ended up switching to white for this occasion.

What a lovely surprise of a spot! At a time when small businesses are paddling to stay afloat, RC Winery/CT Brewery still gave customers a fantastic experience: free samples, free popcorn, the history of the building, a comfortable outdoor spot to sip and great conversation. Many local gifts for sale, too! We look forward to visiting again!

This place is a family owned greenhouse, craft brewery, winery, and gift shop too! The greenhouses are filled with flowers from spring to fall, they have vegetable plants, annuals, and perennials. They have a craft brewery, a winery, and they sell baked goods. There are local gifts, local honey, and different offerings depending on the local vibe. They are open year round with seating inside and outside!! It is located right on the main street through Bavington - a mile or so off of Route 22 heading towards Weirton, WV. The staff is friendly and professional - there is taste testing for both wine and beer.. . so many different types to choose from.. . they are even dog friendly (outside). A real gem of a place indeed!

Such a cute place! We did a road trip to a few breweries and glad we stopped here. They have a good selection and the bartender was super friendly. Hope to return soon.
