The only positive is that the lady who served me was very friendly and accommodating. A pregnant lady who I presume either works there or is friends with a female drive thru employee was sitting on the counter that you order food at. She was cursing and telling stories while the other employee showed her videos on her phone. The fries were hot but the chicken tasted expired and the buns were hard and cold. Who manages this place? Terrible 😞.

Went to pick up a mobile order for my dad, they refused to give it to me without having his phone with me. I could give then the first and last name the order was placed under, the order number and the receipt, but they just refused to give me the order. Never had this issue at any other locations.

I ordered a med orange juice and a sausage biscuit in the drive thru. When she handed me the oj, I had to ask if that was a medium bc it was small sized. She said yes, i was like ooook. She didnt give me the biscuit yet. Im not sure what was going on inside but it took like 5 mins or so before I got my biscuit. The girl who gave me the oj, never came back to the window and im nit sure where she went. She was standing there, next thing she was no where insight 😵💫

Been going to McDonald's for over 50 years. Hands down, the worst quality I've ever experienced! Seriously! There is no value or quality standards in McDonald's anymore. Corporate needs completely gutted Share Holders. Disgraceful!!!!! PS the Drive thru girl was delightfuly pleasant.

Very sad, never seem to get orders right! This time ridiculous. Ordered double cheeseburgers (2) but got singles ... The buns were burnt beyond eating. Paid $9.58 for 2 burnt single burgers. Picture of buns included.

Ordered lunch 4 my son and waited almost 40 minutes. Was told they r having a drive thru competition and pulll in2 the parking lot. Sat there 4 20 minutes watching everyone get the wrong orders. It was a crap show!!! Everyone was going back in with the wrong orders. When I finally went in and showed them my receipt it t wasn’t even put in. When I asked 4 my original receipt with the actual time I was told I’ll just give u a new 1. Wasn’t allowed my original receipt showing I was there 4 almost 40 minutes!!! If they win this competition it’s a joke cuz not 1 customer was happy!!!

Got home & the Fry's were cold & old surprise surprise. The idiot who bagged my food also didn't give me my pie even though I paid for it. Learn how to do your job.

Ice cream machine has never worked in the 14 years I've been going here, orders usually right but often not. If something limited edition comes out they never get it, and if it's something new but permanent they don't until until a couple months later

Had the most deplorable mcdonalds experience ever. Ordered McMuffin egg and cheese only. Waited 20 mins when a customer returned his McMuffin complaining no sausage. He was holding sandwich opened to show her. 30 seconds later she gave me my order in a fresh bag. Inside was same sandwich other customer returned. How did I know this? The wrapper was mangled around an open sandwich. I left it sitting on table and left. No use complaining, everyone was in kitchen. Board of Health needs to close down that place.
