I took my wife out last night for her birthday, I received the worst meal I have ever had at a restaurant. The crab cakes had no flavor and the bake potatoe was only half cooked. Also I never received my second side. I told the waitress and all I got mine sorry and she walked away. I have eaten here before and enjoyed it, I will never go there again and will not recommend Corals to anyone.

Cora’s went above and beyond catering for my event!! The food was DELICIOUS. We had two different soups, grilled cheese bites, chicken n waffle sliders, cheesesteak sliders, broccoli salad (HIGHLY recommend trying), salad, veggies and fruit. The veggies and fruit were displayed BEAUTIFULLY to fit the event theme. They were very easy to work with and exceeded all expectations. Would recommend to anyone!!

Whoever heard of preparing French onion soup with rosemary and Swiss cheese? The rosemary made it inedible and I was still charged. that stuff should come with a warning. 🤮 The Italian wedding soup was prepared with kidney beans and NO spinach. 😆 I've had mediocre food here about 50 % of my visits. Disappointing. The upstairs dining is cozy, but downstairs main dining room lacks any ambience.

Absolutely worth a try! An upper scale resteraunt serving burgers to steak and everything in between. Outing with work we started with appetizers. We shared the bacon wrapped scallops, two giant pretzels, crab dip and tuna. All were perfect and tasted wonderful! I ordered the filet mignon with a side salad and brussel sprouts. The steak and salad were really good. The Brussels were good, but I was expecting more, unsure why they tasted like what you'd expect. For dessert I got the pumpkin spice lava cake and it was phenomenal. I enjoyed all my food and would highly recommend and visit again!

Hey Photobooth

My husband and I sat at the bar for a late lunch on a Tuesday for our anniversary. We shared the seared tuna appetizer, the black & Bleu stuffed cheese cake, and a slice of the turtle cheesecake. The food was very very very good!!! The service was excellent and friendly! We marked this as a place to come again!

Do yourself a favor, and never go to this restaurant.

My family and I live nearby, so we decided to try this restaurant. We arrived at 7p and were told there was a 20 minute wait. This was not a huge issue and they were ready to seat us at 7:15p. Our server according the check was Melanie, and we received drinks pretty quickly after being seated. We ordered our dinner and she asked if we wanted bread, which we replied yes. After this, our experience was absolutely terrible and our waitress did not speak to us until I flagged her down later in the evening.

My wife ordered soup along with her meal which was never brought. The bread was never brought to us. We waited until 8p (45 minutes after being seated) until I flagged down Melanie and requested a check. By this time my child drank a milk and I had a beer. Melanie looked confused and told me she had to confer with her manager before getting me a check. She came back with my child’s food and told me the everything was ready and the manager told her that I needed to pay for the food. Other servers then brought us our food. I requested to-go boxes as my children were both past the point of return. I was handed a stack of boxes with no condiments (which were ordered) and no soup. I asked about the soup and was told they would take it off my bill. I ended this terrible experience by paying full price for a meal that was not complete and was cold. Never going back.

Food was delicious, especially the crab dip appetizer. Will definitely go back, as this is on my way to Penn State!

This restaurant is worth the short drive from Lewistown or the highway. Comfort food up to high class entries were prepared well and served with a smile. A gem in an industrial area.

Parking: Be considerate of others and the access road when parking near the front door.

My wife and I have enjoyed coming to Cora's for a good number of years. We are what you could call infrequent regulars. Prior to COVID and Cora's changing their hours (now closed on Sunday), we stopped more frequently on our way back to State College on Sunday evening after a weekend visit with family in the Reading area. Since then any time we are passing through on US 322 we stop for dinner. On our most recent stop on Saturday, 5/25 we experienced something that has never occurred before -- a bad meal. The food, service, cocktails and atmosphere up to this point have been 5 star --bar staff Steph, Michaela and Brooke are really great. We usually order one of the fish/seafood meals and a Manhattan. I am particularly fond of crab cakes. But since I just had crab cakes the day before at another restaurant, I thought I would order something different this time for a change. I ordered the filet mignon medium rare with a crab cake added. To my disappointment the crab cake was burned black on the bottom. When I brought it to Brooke's attention, she said she would take it back to the kitchen (for replacement). Before she left with the crab cake, she asked me if the filet (nice looking cut) was okay. To my further disappointment, although it looked ok on the outside, when I cut into it, it was raw. Brooke then took the cake and filet back to the kitchen. After a little while she returned with another crab cake (now ok) and the original filet supposedly finished to med rare. However, the filet was still raw inside. After cutting it in half, it went back for second attempt to make it right. After a little while again, Brooke brought the filet back -- it was now done properly. In the meantime my wife had finished her meal, I finished my veggies and the replaced crab cake, we had several drinks and I was now facing a solo filet on a bare plate. I ate a little and had it boxed to go. Brooke was most apologetic throughout, and I appreciate that. However, I would have thought that someone from the kitchen would have shown up to offer some form of compensation, or at the very least apologize. But that did not occur. When a diner orders the most expensive steak on the menu with an added crab cake for $37 expectations are very high for an outstanding meal. But in this case the meal was a total miss. We will return at some point, but I really doubt that I will order the filet ever again.

Was in town for the evening went on Friday 5/17/2024 at 8pm. Web site lists open till 11pm. There were about 5 tables with customers (place was maybe 1/3 full at best). Was told there would be a 30 minute wait for a table. LEFT.

It was a clean, friendly restaurant that I have driven by before. It's tucked in an area that doesn't show signs sufficiently. But what a delight.
