It was too small for dining and in general. Wayyyyy too many people just waiting for their orders. They have a shelving system to get orders out. It wasn't efficient because they wouldn't call the name out most of the time. So you have a crowd of people waiting for their orders in the area. It was too loud especially at 930am. They have a kiosk RIGHT at the door. Not enough space for the line for the register and the door. There's only one entrance door. The other door is blocked from people coming IN on the side entrance. Parking was VERY tight and limited. I wouldn't drive a truck like and F150 or a regular to extended SUV. Compact cars. People blocking the parking near the dumpster so the ones who ACTUALLY parked in a parking spot can't maneuver out of. Bathroom was clean. Only one toilet per gender. Orders weren't completed together. So you have to watch to see if your order is completed. They need to have a microphone for orders to be picked up because you can barely hear them over everyone else there. I went on a Saturday but I was enroute home. It's only a ten min drive from the highway.

Very small Dunkin and not much room when the line gets long or when waiting, feels like we are standing on top of each other. There have been many times I've waited over twenty minutes for an order of only two things. Don't come here after 3pm when the high school or junior high let's out, lines get ridiculously long.

Great way to start my day! I like their Iced Coffee’s, Coolatta's and especially their outstanding frozen coffee’s 😋 They also have fresh donuts made on site at any time of the day that they are open! You can eat inside or order to go. Free Parking is available too for your convenience.
Wheelchair accessibility: Be careful when going into the store because some places have to open and go through two doors before getting inside to order. One business in our area (located by Lowe’s), has a Drive Thru for your convenience!

Have been to other Dunkins in different states where the coffees tasted like turpentine water with aquarium gravel at the bottom. Considering how easy it seems for other Dunkins to drop the ball, I have an even higher appreciation for the consistent good quality of this Dunkin.

having low or no expectations and being surprised generally spurs a review. Needed something quick and pulled in, happened to hit maybe the best Dunkin chain that doesn’t look it on outside. fresh donuts and a better breakfast bacon egg and cheese than other chains that offer it. The girls working were so friendly with the old people who were regulars and coworkers seemed to be having fun. Honestly just weird in the best way because fast food experience is so soulless mostly.
We walked in to order, the person taking our order did not say one word to us the whole time. It was super awkward. Maybe they were having a bad day, but still.

This is the most disgusting and dirty Dunkin' that I have been in. The floor is covered in dirt. There is a hole in the bathroom door next to the handle that allows you to see straight into the bathroom from inside and outside.

Dined in and enjoyed a great cup of coffee while having a lovely conversation with a friend. Coffee was made to my expectations and customer service was friendly and great. The dining area was maintained and clean. Will visit again in the future ?
