This is the most disgusting and dirty Dunkin' that I have been in. The floor is covered in dirt. There is a hole in the bathroom door next to the handle that allows you to see straight into the bathroom from inside and outside.

Stopped to pick up a mobile order on my way home from the local hospital. Got a sugar cookie hot coffee and it was spectacular!!!!! I'm a butter pecan iced coffee lover and flavor free normally for hot coffee, but since I got it for free with a purchase on the app, I ordered it. I'm so glad I did!

My donut was served upside down in the bag. The person who served it touched the computer screen and then handled my donut. My large ice caramel signature coffee was served without caramel on top. Someone off the clock walked in from her car and stood behind the counter, talking to the person making my coffee. That person handed her my coffee without paying attention. She hit a bar that was unclean, knocking off the whipped cream on the bar. The service was poor and unprofessional.
