I ordered a Grande oat milk shaken espresso and it’s 80% ice. This is too much ice in a single drink. We put 6-7$ for coffee not for ice. I hope you don’t repeat with other people again and again after seeing this!!

Love Starbucks but my drinks have been very inconsistent at this location. I go daily and sometimes twice a day. The last 7 of my drinks only 3 have actually been the way they are ordered. Others you can't even taste the flavors and have been bitter and no cream.

My drinks always taste good but every single frozen drink I’ve gotten has been half melted the second I’m handed the drink. Not sure what differs in the recipe from every other Starbucks I’ve visited to this one. Will continue to purchase my drinks there because the flavor is spot on.
