My fiancé and I order here a lot. Food has always been fresh, hot, and we always get the correct order. The service is quick and the lady there is super nice. Totally recommend this place.

This is rather bland for Asian cuisine, but it is pretty good and even better if you season it. Nice people run the place; been eating there for many years.

While the prices are okay, it is NOT okay when you pay that much for rotten vegetables and undercooked chicken. Either drive just a couple minutes to Little Bamboo (great and no issues), Unique, or The Golden Dragon. All three have great food, prices, are very close and you won’t get sick after. My partner got food poisoning after New Great Wall’s chicken.
The staff was not helpful in any way and didn’t care. They just want their money. Look at the bad reviews, especially recently, and go at your own risk. Plus when your “food will be ready in 10 minutes” and after 15 minutes you still stand around the restaurant for another 30 minutes when no one else is there is a terrible look.
Really shameful as there is a really big need for good businesses in Cal, and this unfortunately isn’t one of them.

Ordered 2 big orders of General Tsos chicken along with appetizers and beef low mein. The chicken did not taste right and one person threw up after eating. I called the restaurant and they were not interested in doing anything. They said bring it back within 24 hours. I took all the food back the next day and left it. We will not eat there again.
Absolutely disgusting. Would not pass a health inspection. Dirty rags sitting out. Leaks down the walls of suspicious black liquid. Mold? In vents. Dirty tables despite being entirely empty. Everything. Everything is Dirty. Shocked I didn't get food poisoning.. food wasn't very good either. Bland. Not sure what happened to this place but, 0/10 will keep telling people steer clear.

Staff was polite. Prices were reasonable.
Food was misrepresented.
Sezchuan Beef ended up being sweet and sour beef.
It was alright but it wasn't what I ordered. Veggies tasted freezer burnt. Walls were leaking. Place is in a state of disrepair. This place used to be good. Now it's lower-mid.
Feedback: I would pay more if the food were accurately depicted and all around better.

Food wasn't bad but the FILTHY atmosphere makes you think twice about consuming it & chancing food poisoning. Take the guaranteed delicious route, go around the corner about a block and go see Jose @ Don Patrons! Thank me later. 😊

Always good. Dragon and phoenix, general tso, and vegetable lo mein are my go-to. Never dined there always take out
consistently clean and good quality chinese food made to order.
The food was amazing. My family truly enjoyed our meals
If you order ahead they usually have it ready within 5 to 10 minutes so they're pretty quick and I just do take out and the food is really good 😊 especially for the price & the portion you get, General Tso's Combination platter is my favorite 😁
We have ordered take out twice. The food is absolutely delicious.Prepared excellent! Excellent flavor!
The shrimp rolls are the best we have ever had!
I only gave 3 starts on service, not because of time or packaging, just the lady is not very friendly, but she makes amazing food
