What’s happening here? How can a little shop like this in California, PA have some of the best sushi I’ve ever tasted? And the rice bowls AND wings!? Not to mention the delicious ice cream and the waffle sandwiches? That’s all we’ve tried so far but my husband and I are both eager to try more menu items. I can see this place being dangerous on the wallet. I highly recommend the Super Alaska and Yellow Tail rolls. Also, the Yum Yum sauce is to die for. I could drink it...

Roll & Scoop is amazing. Their rice bowls truly cannot be beat for value and flavor. My favorite rolls so far are the spicy yellowtail, green dragon, and crazy spicy. Their sushi sauce is also so good. The owners are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. I would go every day if I could.

The dark chocolate raspberry was incredible, very rich. We had a large dinner and it was still good enough to finish. My wife enjoyed the brown sugar bubble tea, tho the tapioca was a little over done. Would love to try the sushi later.
