I have never in my life seen such a lack of professionalism at any establishment. Ever. The manager is a drug addict. That’s a fact. She got the job because the entire staff, including the former manager, quit because of her. She only got the job through default. She is not manager material. She talks about every employee there to other employees and customers. Managers are supposed to help the employees, not talk about them. She spends her entire shift outside smoking. She talks about her personal problems at work. I know more about her life than I want to know through no fault of my own. I shouldn’t know that they cut her food stamps, but I do because she was complaining to her co-worker while my disgusting sub was made. I always thought personal problems were supposed to be left at the door. The same could be said for Clarissa. I know more about how many hours she can work without her benefits getting cut. She also complains about her health issues while making food. She goes out of her way to make customers feel guilty. If she has health issues that prohibit her from doing the job she voluntarily applied for and accepted. All in all, it is as if California Subway scraped the underbelly of society to acquire the “staff” they have now. Please don’t get me started on how Heathers spouse and kid are constantly in there and they have conversations while she A- ignores customers and B- ignores her Child that screams, yells, runs, jumps, and is just overall disruptive to customers. As a regular customer, I miss the former manager and the staff that was there pre-Heather. Let’s also not get started on the fact the entire staff quit because of her. She openly sells drugs from the restaurant, misgendered a co-worker, and has been overall filth. The owners decided they wanted to put lipstick on a pig and call it a manager, but it will always be nothing more than a pig in lipstick. Do better. I would give less than 1 star if I could. Absolute filth. Pigs. Trash. Disgusting.

Always check your receipts… twice the cashier added a tip to the card without me knowing… i got 3 subs (1) nothing but cheese. Two pieces of provolone cheese on too and some mozzarella sprinkled on the bottom of the sub… (1) pepperoni only… nothing else !!! & (1) Italian sub. Total charged to my card…. 41.00 !!!! No I didn’t get a receipt and was told a different total. Checking my bank account about a week later and I see a 41.00 for Subway. ?. Always,Always,Always get your receiptsI went back down there and said something to the girl that rang me up the first time… she remembered me but couldn’t explain how it came to 41.00. She did ask for my receipt… So keep & check your receipt. Other than that. It’s clean, friendly and convenient ?

Quite honestly the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone here multiple times and the workers are so incompetent everytime I’ve gone and asked for my sub toasted and meat cooked the chicken is ALWAYS still cold not even warm. The restaurant is also almost always dirty.

It was my first time there and it was one of the worst Subways I’ve ever had. I ordered a Chicken & Bacon and asked for Lettuce, tomato & mayo. I was easily distracted by other employee ringing me up and the Older gentleman put Lettuce, tomato & ONIONS! There was a lot of onions and it was a little over toasted. It seems like they staff needs retraining. Will not be going back. Probably will not go back. The older gentleman seemed out of place and not a Subway worker.

Last time I ordered I got to much vinegar and oil was dripping from the sandwich. I made a mistake the first time and only ordered 2 wanted three I ended up with paying for 5. I tried to cancel the first 2 but was told I would have to call customer service. Well you can you have to email them. Couldn't get anyone to talk to me. Was very upset
Store opens at 9:00. I arrived at 9:47, and the employees were just standing in there while the lights were out and the door was locked. I got back in my car. Then one employee finally opened the store. I come here when I absolutely have to because there's really nowhere to eat good food in California, PA. If you tell these Subway employees "don't put a lot of onions on my sandwich," their brain doesn't compute that request and they still put a big ol' handful of onions on the sandwich. The tables are always dirty as well. And this is still a better option for food in California, PA.... or rather one of the only options. If you can drive 10 miles away from here to eat, you should.
