Tonight was our first time trying this food truck. We ordered the onion rings, buffalo fries, Chicken Caesar wrap, And chicken bacon, ranch wrap. There was a small piece of white, gray, or blonde hair (super light) in the onion rings but I decided to take it away and look past it because we are human and it happens. I asked if the chicken Caesar wrap was fishy and I was told no but upon eating it I believe it was fishy. So I gave that to my son and I ate his chicken bacon ranch wrap. I am SO thankful that I took the wrap my son was supposed to have. After taking about five bites of the wrap, I discovered a DEAD LIGHTNING BUT inside. I immediately spit the food out and stopped my son from eating. My boyfriend left to recieve a refund. They made my boyfriend come the entire way back to bring the food we stopped eating before they would give us a refund. There was dead bug in our food are you kidding me???? 0/10 would not recommend wish I never looked past the hair. Their response per my boyfriend was “super uncaring” and rude- said “sorry about that” curtly. Terrible customer service on top of it all.
UPDATE: So because I gave you a one star review means I’m not credible? I encourage others to read my reviews because they are NOT all one stars as said. Your comment on my ratings seems insane when anyone can look at them and AGAIN prove you wrong. If it’s so bad it needs a 1 star review then im going to let people know. As for the bug this is a joke. I took 5 BITES and stopped eating when I saw the bug? I spit out the food that was in my mouth once I saw the bug so PLEASE enlighten me on how in got into the middle of the wrap. Obviously it was on the top when you saw it because 5-6 bites were missing. Only half the wrap came back to you in one piece because I didn’t eat it??? When we left your food truck our food was handed to us in closed containers tied in a bag because we “had the big order” as you said which was 3 dinner items and an onion ring given to us prior to our main dinner items. And a milkweed??? Okay. As for your “if I’m able to be pleased comment” is absurd considering you served a BUG in my food and ruined my families dinner. Maybe consider the effects of eating food with a bug in it (served by you) paired with your rude response to my boyfriend and now this review. Shame on you.

We have been using 360 Quisine at The Dillsburg Public Library for our summer concert series and LOVE them!! Their serving portions are huge, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable! The owner and staff are very friendly and have been so easy to work with on varying menus, hence the business name. If you're somewhere and see them serving food, make sure to stop to experience their quality Quisine!
360 Quisine knocks it out of the park!!! Look forward to eating from their food truck again.
