I ordered fish sandwich meal with curly fries and a extra side of potato cakes around 830 and guess what... everything is cold and old like its just been sitting there didn't even try to warm it up. I paid 15 dollars and change for some bs.

I went to Arby's on my lunch break for something quick. I ordered without any issues. When I pull up to the window to pay, the employee said my sandwich would be over $28.00. I told her I only ordered a number one and it shouldn't cost that much. She apologized and still grabbed my card and said it was the wrong order. She hands me the food and drinks and I drive away. When I parked to eat, I open the food from it's wrapper on my lap. I tried to grab a sip of my drink but the lid wasn't placed on my cup all the way. It popped open spilling sweet tea all over my clothes, the inside of car's center console, my seat, and floor, and all over my food. Now I have to go back to work with wet clothes, a sticky car, and no food. I understand they are in a rush but can they please take the time to make sure they are doing things correctly?

We went in the middle of the afternoon, so not a peak time. In fact, we were just about the only people in the restaurant. The fries were cold, but the restaurant employees quickly made it right, and cooked up some fresh ones for us.
For a fast food restaurant is exceptionally clean and roomy. You don't feel cramped like most of them. I think they could use some electronic ordering kiosks to speed up the process. Employees are nice and extremely helpful, especially Kimberly.

Ordered the chicken sandwich. It was disgusting. I guess over cooked. I literally could not bite thru it. I lost my appetite and feel disgusted.

I had ordered for carry out. They forgot drinks and mozzarella sticks from my order, there was lettuce all over inside the fries box. I could not eat the burger because of how mushed it was

Went there sept 29th 730 pm. Walked in and stood , lady complained under her breath we were standing there . Never said a thing to us. 15 min later 4 people walked out together. Didnt even say hold on or hi were slammed. Never going here again
