Dirty tables, trash piled over bin, food was terrible over cooked chicken, fries cold and mixed curly and crinkled together, plus staff was loud and not paying attention to customer needs. 6 pm on 12/10/2024.

They originally mixed up my order with another customer then eventually remade it after we told them we obviously weren’t going to eat the food from another person who opened and touched it. Finally when I got my food it didn’t have any of the sauces on the original ticket and when I got to my car I opened the chicken sandwich to find literally NO chicken on it. They just took back that open sandwich and put a piece of chicken on it. I said I shouldn’t have to pay for this and they didn’t respond. No food comp, gift card or even extra fries or something. Terrible.

Closed for what looked to be a remodel. Saw drive through was down, so parked to walk it. I was really after the 4 for $10! Parking lot had cars, lights were on. I was good to go. Until someone inside waved a negative finger my way, they were closed. I looked around the building for something like signs saying they were closed, nothing. I was craving the thin sliced roast beast. Instead, I went home and revitalized leftover tacos 🌮, which were mighty tasty. At what level did this Arbys fail to show customers they were closed, I don't know. They did fail. They amount of planning that went into the remodel should have included a plan for customer notification. Like signs at entry points to the business. Maybe in my desire for the 4 for $10 I missed posted sinage. Possibly. Still was left wanting. Do better Arbys.

I had the itch for a jamocha shake. Went here and the milkshake machine is broken. Ok no problem I get it. Came back 2 weeks later to try again. Milkshake machine is still broke. It’s just annoying that I wasted my time and gas a second time and I still got that jamocha itch. Might take a ride to Baltimore for a jamocha shake if none of these Arby’s around here can get their jamocha shake acts together.

Supplies were short. Items weren't available off the menu. The staff were visibly overworked, BUT THE STAFF DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD! The staff working here cared. Food was good.
While we like Arby's- today was our second visit to this location. The sandwiches were messy and the curly fries were so greasy that grease leaked through the boxes and then through the brown bag. Neither were they crispy. I want home and turned the oven on to heat them up and after 7 minutes at 3:50 °- there was no change in consistency. I will not go to this location again.

Went through the drivetru twice this month which was a mistake. Despite missing an item I paid for in my first order and the roast beef being sliced incredibly too thick, I decided to give them another chance and the second time I was missing items and the roast beef was worse the second time around. The bread was so soggy, the sandwich had to of been made a long time ago. I love Arby’s and would rather drive farther to visit another store than return here after repeat issues both times.
Good Milkshakes plus the menu has many different sandwiches to choose from.

Wednesday I went through the drive-thru for my grandson, and it took 13 minutes for the food. Today, drive-thru after church, it took just as long, and the order was incorrect. Not giving them a third strike...do not expect better than this!

Love Arby’s and their food, my personal favorite is the beef n cheddar and creamsicle shake. The curly fries are to die for and their Arby’s sauce works perfectly with all their meals. Not too pricey
