We ordered through their app, and the food was delivered by DoorDash. I specifically asked for a bunch of Horsey Sauce but instead got Arby’s Sauce. The only reason we ordered so many roast beef sandwiches and sliders is because the Horsey Sauce makes them worth eating. When we called around 7:40 PM, the shift manager we spoke to was flat-out rude and dismissive, telling us to drive over and pick it up ourselves and that it was ‘just sauce.’ That completely defeats the purpose of using their app for delivery in the first place. We paid for a meal and a simple request, yet were met with disrespect and zero accountability. The unprofessional attitude was unacceptable and completely ruined our experience.

The store never looks open and is never busy, so the fact that Indian lady forgot my fries is a testament to the intelligence of the people that work there.

Arby's prices are typically higher than normal fast food places and while this particular Arby's wasn't different, they did provide a military discount without me asking for it which was nice.

Dined inside the facility because the drive-through was really long at 1230pm.

Bathroom was large and clean but only had one toilet, wasn't necessarily the best use of space, could absolutely fit a few urinals in there but this isn't a deal breaker. Space also provided a changing stations for babies in the men's room which is nice.

Interior had a LOT of space for people to eat but not many people decided to eat inside. Fountain drinks were available for patrons to fill themselves which is always nice for dining in. Several highchairs were available for young kids as well.

Overall top notch visit.

I stopped by Arby’s tonight after 10PM and had a genuinely great experience. The second shift manager was kind, polite, and really made sure everything went smoothly.

One of the items I wanted was out, but instead of brushing it off, they offered a few good alternatives — and honestly, the recommendation was spot on. I appreciated that extra effort.

Food was fresh, tasted great, and the prices were reasonable. That kind of service late at night made the drive totally worth it. Big shoutout to the night crew for taking care of business!

Stopped a few weeks ago. I waited from order being placed to getting our food 23 minites. I saw the most unmotivated staff. It was not crowded. The area was not kept clean. To the owner. Try to light a fire and teach your staff to care.
