Aura Modern Mediterranean

My favorite newish restaurant. The food never disappoints and neither does the service. I don't have enough good things to say about them.

My husband and I have been dining here for the past year. We have enjoyed almost everything on the menu, but last night was the first time we tried the pizza. Wow, it was delicious, the fungi was earthy and wonderful, the sausage and pepperoni may sound “basic” but I assure you it was anything but basic. Aura Modern Mediterranean is one the few restaurants since Covid that provides consistent quality and delicious food. The ingredients they use truly shine as they are not hidden or drowned in sauces that are meant to hide an inferior product. The menu may seem simple and straightforward but the attention to detail in each dish shows the true caliber of knowledge from the chefs. They simply understand food and flavor and love what they do because it shows in the food. They offer something for everyone, and the specials have never disappointed either. Thank you to the chefs for your dedication to your culinary craft. Thank you bartenders because your cocktails are fire Thank you servers for your ability to create such an infectious buzz about items on the menu and providing warm service

This place has become a go-to spot for me I visit my hometown. I can't think of any aspect below excellent in my dining experiences at Aura. Great place!

Cacuterie was great... drinks were great..tapas (crab croquettes and lamb kebob) were great. We should have stopped there and our experience would have been amazing... Whipped Ricotta pizza was weak, it need a little more of everything and it would have been amazingtoo!

First the appetizers and drinks were really good. My wife's salad was also really good. The reason for 3 stars is that I ordered the second most expensive dish for dinner, filet mignon. I ordered this steak medium and really that’s almost too done for this cut. Well my steak came out charred and well done. When calling this out to the server, the manager said they would pay for my drink. This steak was $43 and with the drink removed from it was now $33. Had I not been starving I would’ve sent it back. Additionally it was simple steamed broccoli on the side with no seasoning. Again the appetizers were really good so I just don't recommend the steak.

Lovely buildout and excellent food. We did tapas. Lobster soup and mushroom soup were outstanding. Service was laid back and knowledgeable.

This was a find! Tucked away among other shops and venues, we almost missed it. But so glad we found it. The seating is generous and comfortable (we were indoors) and attractive. Even the restroom was generously sized and attractively appointed. The food was an excellent mix Mediterranean favorites fused with interesting novelties to make them fresh. We will be back.

Are at the bar, bar tender made a drink for us not in the menu, very knowledgeable and attentive.

Aura never disappoints. Great drinks, food service and atmosphere. So many great choices on the menu!

Dining at Aura is a wonderful experience. The food is excellent and the wait staff and ambiance create a comfort level when dining out that is the best in Central PA.
