Delicious food and friendly staff

Credible Critic

Small restaurant in a nondescript strip mall. Good pho, excellent "Bun bo Hue", and decent banh mi sandwich.
If you only care to have some good Vietnamese food, with a small menu that covers the basics, this place would fill the role.
We would stop by again if we happen to be in the area.

I felt like beef pho was lacking flavor but staff was friendly

Tried this spot for the first time today. The 3-topping pho was very good and was presented nicely for my to go order. The banana smoothie was to die for. I will definitely be back! Customer service was great too.

Their bahn mi sandwiches are probably the best in the area. The bread was crispy and chewy, but not hard like in other restaurants. My milk tea boba gave me diarrhea, but was good. I am lactose intolerant and should have taken 2 lactaid pills.

My husband's rice dish didn't look as good as it does in other restaurants. The plating wasn't that great. My son liked his vermicelli.

Food was not good but decided to stick it out since we were already there. I noticed my wife had not touched her food and it was the same as when they brought it out. She responded that it was not good and was nasty. That and the tea they brought out which the bottom contents at the bottom tasted old, something never experienced at other places.

I communicated to one of the staff that my wife had not eaten any of the food or drink due to the taste of it and the staff response was "Would you like me to bring something to box it up?". "After" I said something about how rude it was and that I could see if she ate any of it but it looked the same way since they gave it to her, then they tried to apologize and blame it on their English while still blaming us saying "we didn't ask them what was good there to eat and she did not use the sauce they had with it".

I paid for all the food but left it there and the staff with a smirk as ringing me up said "You said you just want to pay and leave"; which I did because I didn’t want to ruin my day by having to go back and forth about not being charged for something we didn’t eat. It was obvious they were upset and didn't want to "take a loss". Did not offer another item and only offered to take it off after being offensive and I said something about it and to just please give me the receipt so I could pay and leave.

I went in for lunch today was not real busy. I ordered my food to eat in at register and sat waited for at least 25 minutes. There were other people that came in after me and got their food before me. I went up to ask if was going to be out soon and got song and dance that she was just starting it. It’s not the first time this has happened. Very discouraging. Food is great but I can find some place where food is good with much better service

This ain’t it. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was canned pho broth. I don’t get that deep rich flavor that comes from boiling beef bones for hours and hours. Meat isn’t fresh. It has that turned beef taste and almost crumbly. 4.7 rating for this spot is insane. Get outside of your bubble folks. When it comes to food I love I can’t be diplomatic and say just bc it’s a nice quaint looking spot it deserves a decent rating or the ambience or the servers were nice or something. Maybe the rating for this spot is for the tea. If so, disregard previous and I’m sorry and enjoy your tea. I’m sorry I’m just mad I made the trip out here

First we tried the spring rolls and egg rolls. Both were fresh made and delicious. My wife had the seafood pho and I had the spicy beef. Both were the best we've had in a long time. We'll worth our drive from Lancaster. Will definitely be back.

Food is ok. Carry out service is slower than slow! I always add 10 minutes to what they tell me and my food is still never ready on time. Just now, I was told 10 minutes, so I came 25 minutes later. A person came in n ordered carry out got their order before mine! 45 minutes for 1 order. I only come here because all the good Pho places are in Harrisburg n they are closer. Looks like the extra 15 minute drive to Harrisburg is worth it for better service and better food!!

I got the Pho with tofu & vegetable broth & shared the tofu fresh spring rolls (two come with it). Also got the Ginger tea with mango popping bubbles (I always wish I got extra bubbles so do it). Small casual place in strip mall area that you won’t regret!

Food quality was substandard. The meat PHO has a lot of gristle and meat had black marks indicating it was old and spoiled .

We go here all the time. Good prices for authentic Vietnamese. Best Pho in town, best Bahn Mi in town, A+ on the springs rolls and peanut sauce (shrimp or roast pork.) a lot of variety, haven’t had anything there that I didn’t like. Very nice people too.Hidden gem here is the smoothies, They could run a successful business on those recipes alone and they hardly advertise them.
