Went to the new store today for the first time (member for over 30 years). Chobani yogurt was out of stock, put my beer back on the shelf because there was no one at the beer/wine register, bag of apples would not scan had to have override done. Then when I got gas the receipt would not print so I had to go to the attendant.

Not sure how you can offer someone a job and then have them wait 2 weeks, then proceed to say "Oh we already hired someone even though we verbally offered you a job."

I will never get gas at BJ's again. The gas pumps are slow. 4 car back up at each pump. 42 seconds per gallon equates to almost 10 minutes to put 14 gallons in a tank. Took over 45 minutes to fill my tank to 15.2 gallons. Problem, I only have a 14.8 gallon tank that has never taken over 12.7 gallons???????????? I brought this up to management and showed them my car's capacities. Management said the pumps were just certified. ....., Yeah right, and ignored the problem. They didn't care that people were pissed off for taking 45 minutes to fill their tanks. Also the pumps never stopped and overfilled everyone's tanks creating a fire hazard and made my car stink of gas. Will BJ's wash my car and reimburse me for fraudulent overpay? I doubt it. They don't seem to give a S...

I've been shopping here for many years. Great for in store coupon shopping great deals and get the Bjs credit card for perks and .10cents off every gallon of gas you buy.

I went in with my family to get needed house hold stuff. And when we went to check out the lady that was helping the other lady at register one tonight stuck a plastic cover that was holding bread rolls on my 2months old daughter face and then yet went to lean on it. I had to tell the lady watch the baby. Luckily my daughter turned her head because she started not being able to breath. That really has me upset. This was at register 1. This lady had shoulder length hair and only part of her hair was up in a clip.
