Food was good made fresh in front of you,.. if it's not busy inside or a party. The workers are always nice just seem stressed out. And just need more vibrant lighting let people know your open.

Stopped in after work to give the place a try. Service was friendly and fast, but the real highlight was the pizza. A perfect size if you're wanting to split with someone (or not, if you also need to refuel after work) with fantastic sauce, cheese, and crust.

My grandparents frequent this pizzeria and recommended it to me because they saw it has gluten-free options. I got the gluten-free crust the one that has eggs and dairy in it it turned out great now the best gluten-free pizza I've gotten from a restaurant. Looks like I'll still have to stick with making the stuffed crust ones myself at home though lol. I'll update this tomorrow to let you know if it affected my gluten allergy at all but even if it does it's not going to change my rating I don't blame them I understand the risks of cross-contamination when you get gluten-free stuff at some restaurants that don't specifically advertise things as safe for celiac disease or gluten allergies whatever

This place use to be great before new ownership took over everyone was happy my pizza never came out burnt at all staff was friendly the oven always was clean and now the people seem annoyed when I asked something I asked for the finishes because they just threw my pizza up on top and didn’t even ask I asked him if I could have finished he didn’t seem happy I asked when I wanted certain stuff on pizza no smoke nothing just threw it on pizza didn’t even ask if I wanted salt or oregano just took my pizza quick and threw it in oven didn’t ask if I wanted anything else poor customer service have bad attitude and they can’t understand English when I complained didn’t want to fix it at all

We come here all the time and love it but something has changed recently. We’ve had two awful experiences back to back which both have led to remakes of food as a result of staff that doesn’t pay attention. The first time, I tried to give benefit of the doubt but after this most recent experience it was very hard to excuse. The order process is for some reason very complex (and it didn’t used to be). We were asked what we wanted on our pizzas and it’s printed on a ticket. Then, instead of reading the ticket, staff asks whoever is first in line the exact same questions instead of who it actually belongs to, which led to big mix ups, especially if it didn’t match the ticket (which is not the customer’s fault). Or if they do follow the ticket, they don’t look up to confirm with you that’s exactly how you want it (which again, led to mix ups). The first time, my pizza had to be remade because it was improperly handled so half the cheese/toppings fell off and they tried to still serve it to me and blame it on me that it happened because there was too much on it (that’s how I always order it and never had any issues). This second time, my pizza was fully burnt and again they tried to serve it to me. I’m not sure how someone could see that it was burnt and still try to serve it. Other customers also received burnt pizzas and they had to be remade as well. Both times, staff did not apologize for any inconvenience. We love their food but at this point it’s an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish and we are really considering not coming back.
Blaze Pizza was one of our favorite local spots. We used to eat here 1 to 2 times a week. We are not sure what happened but the quality of the food and the customer service has dropped significantly. On our last visit 3 of the employees behind the counter either couldn’t or wouldn’t speak English when we complained about our pizza. Our pizza sat on their counter in front of us for 5 minutes as the employees didn’t care. When we finally got it, the pizza was cold and overcooked. We sent out feedback to the main Blaze Pizza customer service department, as instructed on the website. We never received a response. That speaks volumes. They have lost a repeat customer.

I love coming here when I am camp hill. I wish there was in Carlisle. I’d be there all the time if there was. I’ve never had bad experience here. Always been fantastic and the pizza is always delicious! I absolutely love their bbq sauce! It’s the best and the only sauce I get now and I top it with bbq sauce! I love the setup how you can see it being made from start to finish like subway and I love the build your own where you can add as many toppings as you want and it’s the same price! Can’t find that anywhere else! I love cheese stuffed crust so I would love to see that become an option but blaze is a great experience and I highly recommend them!
