Place was empty and we were the only customer. Ordered a double whopper. Got a nasty single whopper that looked like it was microwave and left in the wrapper under a heat lamp. It should have been fresh with fresh cheese and veggies. Im done with this nasty place.

Every single time I’ve gone to this BK, I’m ALWAYS missing at least 1 item. This previous time it was just a marinara sauce which I didn’t bother going back for bc it wasn’t a main part of my order. But previous times before that, I was missing at least 1 actual food item. The food is ok but it’s annoying when the same mistake is getting repeated. They should be checking that the orders have everything they’re supposed to before handing it to customers.

The impossible burger is the only reason I eat there with no mayo its awesome and people who work there are awesome i wish they had more options i could get vegan thoo like impossible breakfast sausage 🥺

Placed order on the app and chose to dine in.
Staff: This location's staff were arguing and rude to one another from the moment we walked in. I heard one female employee call the manager dumb right to his face because he was making the order his way instead of how she would do it. Another employee walked up to ask a question to another and he was told to stop talking mid-sentence. One of the employees told another customer to wait because he was trying to finish his personal conversation with another customer.
Food: They were out of the promotional Brisket Whopper so had to settle for a different sandwich. Chose the Bacon King. The bacon was terrible. It was burnt and crunchy. As for the rest of the order, it was all correct except for one sandwich. I ordered it with extra onion and only got one sliver the size of a nickel. Instead of having them remake the sandwich, I got them to give me the onion and I put it on myself.
Cleanliness: Not dirty from what I saw.
We only stopped here while passing through so I'm not sure if this is standard for this location. But if I was local, I'd probably choose to skip this location and go somewhere else.

As I’m writing this, I’m still waiting for my food and it’s been 15 minutes Standing in line and I put my own order in. This is the most disorganized Burger King and the management really needs to come in here and check this out. This is ridiculous. Still waiting for my food and there was no one in line.

If you get food here stop!! I ordered a box of 12 churro sticks with a dipping side of chocolate and the new fish sandwich. But what did i get?
I got only 9 and 1/2 churros like SOMEONE started eating them but stopped after one final chomp. AND NO DIPPING CHOCOLATE after i specifically requested it due to not receiving it prior from another order. So TWICE they purposely messed up my order.
If my receipt only has 2 flipping items, youd think their people on the line could get the order right. But at this location specifically, all of the workers are lazy, drugged out or high almost nodding off.
Corporate needs to surprise visit this location during evening hours. This place is disgusting. Was to afraid to eat my sandwich because it looked like it was dragged across the floor.
