As I’m writing this, I’m still waiting for my food and it’s been 15 minutes Standing in line and I put my own order in. This is the most disorganized Burger King and the management really needs to come in here and check this out. This is ridiculous. Still waiting for my food and there was no one in line.

If you get food here stop!! I ordered a box of 12 churro sticks with a dipping side of chocolate and the new fish sandwich. But what did i get?
I got only 9 and 1/2 churros like SOMEONE started eating them but stopped after one final chomp. AND NO DIPPING CHOCOLATE after i specifically requested it due to not receiving it prior from another order. So TWICE they purposely messed up my order.
If my receipt only has 2 flipping items, youd think their people on the line could get the order right. But at this location specifically, all of the workers are lazy, drugged out or high almost nodding off.
Corporate needs to surprise visit this location during evening hours. This place is disgusting. Was to afraid to eat my sandwich because it looked like it was dragged across the floor.

Manager on duty Emily, and while making food she was on her phone , holding w her shoulder.Ordered 2 fish sandwiches with cheese plain, this order apparently requires a degree in rocket science because this concept was too difficult for the staff to handle. Both sandwiches had tartar sauce and 1 had pickles? 1 staff member has a full beard and no beard net? Manager says I'm sorry yeah you are sorry can't run a simple ass BK. Entire place is clueless save your time and $$$ this place serve better as a parking lot
I pointed to the sign and said I want that $5 Burger plus the value fries the value drink in the four-piece nugget. She said it doesn't say that. it's $5 for the burgers. I said the sign is right there I'm reading it it says plus all that other stuff. She said no it does not say that. It says one burger or the other burger for $5 and then they all started laughing at me. I left there and will never go back I don't know what their deal is? They're probably overcharging people than pocketing the overtures. I guess there's no such thing as 5 Dollars your way at that place

The gentleman in the believe and Santa hat needs a raise!! He was so nice!! Got the whole team working as a team! Praised them! Used positive words with them, telling them great job during the rush! My food came out extra hot and tasty!! You couldn't have a better team here!! Have this team go train the one on the Carlisle pike cuz they were complete opposites!!!

Positives: hot fries, ketchup and napkins was available Semi positive: the burger was warm Negative: person who served me didn't feel well he shouldn't have delt with the fries, they only have 7 drinks available in there drink machine, the counter by machine was dirty. I got my order before the person before me.

Hats off to the 2 workers, working at lunch time no less. Just the 2, 1 making the food, 1 working the counter & drive thru. Both keeping their wits while keeping us moving. They each deserve a bonus.
