I had a Philly cheesesteak the taste of the meat was old and had a different flavor I talked to the guy who served me and he refused to do anything about it I had to trash my sandwich I will never return back here service and food was trash I am so disappointed after I wasted about $40 and get my sandwich trashed I couldn’t ignore the smell and the taste of the meat horrible

I went there with my friends and ordered the wings and a chicken sub. It was very hot,fresh and delicious. The service was very fast got my food with in 4 minutes and the cashier was very nice.

This is my First ever Review in life……. Only one reason that I came to write something about this place is on Thursday 24th July 2025 my son wants to have chicken nuggets and fries but they charge extra $1 dollars for Ranch for a tiny little white cup,, I mean just one tiny cup hahha I was like what???

I visited on Sunday to grab my favorite sandwich and when i first walked up to the stand, the two employees were just standing there and seemed a bit lost. I was almost about to ask if they were even open. The cashier employee was standing against the wall in the corner, he then looks over at the other employee and they both laugh. ?? He slowly walked over to the cash register and didn’t even say anything. Very weird. At the very least i got my order and that was that but definitely the strangest interaction Ive ever had at a charleys. Im sure they’re legitimate employees but it really seemed as if they were pretending to work there as a prank

This is the rudest customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I saw the drink I ordered on the counter and asked ‘is this mine?’. There was a larger woman there (she refused to give me her name) who yelled ‘THAT IS NOT YOUR DRINK! STOP TOUCHING IT.’ to which I said ‘are you sure? Was it for John?’. She said yours is here. You only ordered regular, not large. I did not make it yet. My first question to the owner is: why wouldn’t she ask who I was picking up for instead of yell at me? I then asked: oh I wanted large. Can I get that and pay the difference? ‘No, I already made it’ I then noticed it was packed with ice when I asked for lite ice. I asked if I could have it with lite ice. She screamed at me ‘I already made it. I will not refund it!’ I said ‘I don’t want a refund. I want my drink made the way I ordered it’ she refused. When I showed her how much ice was in it. She said ‘don’t throw your drink on my counter’ I said ‘ok I’m not playing your drama games. I’ll report you to corporate because this is unacceptable. What is your name?’ She said ‘I will not give my name to you’ I asked her ‘is that allowed? And fine, I’ll give a description of you instead’ so long story short, this larger dark skinned lady yelled at me over a drink, refused to remake it when she made it wrong, and made me feel so down about a drink I was looking forward to. No one with that attitude should be working in customer service. Very disappointing. If you want your business to thrive, you will fire this employee ASAP.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The customer service at this Charlies was HORRENDOUS the young woman working the register didn't acknowledge us, when we asked if she was okay, she rolled her eyes and shrugged her should and said yeah. We didn't eat there and will not eat there again because of her even though we usual get that every time we go to the mall.

I dont know if it was just the staff today, but they didn't pay any attention when I gave my order. I asked for the cheese and bacon fries. I got my receipt and noticed they charged me for the plain original fries. So I went back and had them correct the order and I paid the difference. I was nice about it. No inner Karen came out.
I get home and check the fries. They gave us two containers of cheese, and no bacon on the fries. Everytime I've gotten loaded fries they add the cheese and bacon to them. Not only that but the containers of cheese are tiny and won't cover all the fries...
I wont be going there again if I see the same staff at the front.
Food is great but be aware the menu says they have 2 different size drinks but only sell the large. Convenient way of making an extra $1 per sale. Had I known that I would have not gotten a drink. I will remember that the next time.
Ordered a large cheesesteak (nothing large about it) and a lemonade...came to $19.93....There was basically nothing on the bun. They put more cheese wiz than they put meat on it. Won't go again and definitely don't recommend.
This was hands down the worst experience I have had in a long time. The food took around 20 minutes for a cheesteak and a mozzarella stick. The employees had no sense of urgency. When the food was served the cheese sauce was as cold as ice and the sandwich lukewarm. I will not be trying another item from here. You would be better of having pizza from SBARRO
After my recent experience I’m going to have to change my rating from a 5 to a 2. When I first came the lady at the register was rude and on her phone and just didn’t even make any of the customers feel welcomed . I got boneless lemon pepper wings and they were not at all good , I couldn’t taste the lemon pepper at all and it was a lot of grease at the bottom and than when I told them about it not being good , the lady at the register was rude about it and laughing at me and kept staring . They exchanged them but safe to say I will not be coming back to this Charley’s at all just for the service . I would not recommend
