This location has a great 3 lane system in place for mobile pick-ups, and take-out orders. Despite the huge lines in this very busy area, they keep cars flowing very smoothly and steadily. Their staff is friendly and polite I person and through drive thru intercom. And the food we ordered (spicy deluxe sandwich and 12 piece) were warm and cooked great. We love this Chick-Fil-A

I used the drive thru. I hadn't been here in years and was unaware of what sauces were offered. She actually read me the list. The staff, food, and wait time in the drive thru was wonderful. Very, polite, helpful, and we'll mannered. I got a chicken biscuit. It was very small for $4. It wasn't quite the size of my palm. I have small hands. Like 4 bites worth. But delicious.

We were served rancid or rotten, maybe moldy, french fries at this location. I have never experienced anything so disgusting from a restaurant before in my life. I didn’t even know french fries could go rotten until today. They smelled terrible, and naively, we didn’t think anything of it. But biting into the first fry, it tasted like rancid blue cheese, dead fish, and ammonia. It smelled the same, like worryingly bad. I immediately spit it out and the smell was absolutely putrid. The rest of the french fries smelled the same way, and our full bag of food had the same smell.
We ordered the food a half hour before closing time, so my assumption is that the food quality declines when it gets to be closing time and the restaurant wants to close. I’m actually in disbelief that we even got served food that smelled THAT bad.
Nice location, service is always top notch!

Food here is good, pretty across the board for Chick Fil A anywhere. I will say though, twice I've ordered via their mobile app and went through the drive thru lane they have for mobile orders, i ordered for myself and two other people, which equated to three drinks. Now, anytime I've gone through this Chick Fil A in a different method, like I go into the restaurant and grab my food, I get a drink carrier from the staff, no problem, because like a normal human I only have two arms and two hands. But the two occasions I've gone through the mobile order drive-thru, the same girl says to me when I ask for a carrier, that they don't have any, without even going to check.
I'm not calling her a liar but, if I had a nickel for each time she told me that this location was out of carriers, I would have two nickels, which isn't a lot but its very suspicious its happened twice. Back of my car does not have drink holders, only the two in between the front two seats of the car, so I'm left to drive with one hand holding a drink and the other driving. Sounds to me like Chick Fil A is treading some mighty thin liability-issued ice if this kind of thing continues, because someone could get into an accident, and they could claim not having both hands open to drive didn't allow them to properly control their vehicle to avoid said accident, which wouldn't happen, if they were given a carrier. Just putting that hypothetical out there if a manager sees this and thinks its not a big deal.
