Attention to the management team: PLEASE educate your crew members who are handling and assembling the sandwiches to make sure that they’re using CLEAN and WASHED lettuce. My lettuce was visibly dirty and covered with some light brown dusting. I was appalled. As a pregnant woman, this risk is dangerous for me to get sick from eating lettuce because the restaurant staff failed to follow that sanitation guidelines and standards for lettuce. Another point is the fries are way overly salted. I don’t know if people generally like that, but that is causing a major health epidemic with high blood pressure, heart disease, and kidney problems. They need to ease off on the salt. If customers want more salt, let them take those salt packets. That’s what it’s there for. I cannot order the fries here anymore because they’re that salty. Please don’t compromise on food quality. You will lose customers.

On average I order Chick-fil-A 5 times a month. The food always tastes good and is fresh. I love ordering on the app and using Mobile Thru. It makes it easy and convenient, especially with a toddler. Her favorite is the mac & cheese. The toddler toys are educational and occasionally I'll switch it out for ice cream. My only complaint is within the last 2 months there has been 3 occurances where sauce, silverware, and/or napkins were not included even though it was listed on the receipt.

They are ruled they don’t care about there customers or safety’s of customers I broke my ankle in 3 places from tripping over there table they denied me and said there table was not broken so they have not offered and tryed to fix this I would never eat there again and iam takeing them to court because of lost wages and pain and suffering if you go on there website under reviews you will see pictures of my ankle they do not care only about your money and half the time the food is cold there tables are safety issure there not safe anyone can trip over them this all happens on February 28 2025

I have been to this location 3 times now. Every time the food has been luke warm at best. I would love to take the survey they attach to the receipt but the printer magically doesn't print the last 2 numbers. I believe they do that on purpose because they don't want to know how they are doing. After the second time when I couldn't do the survey I called the restaurant to speak to the manager and got some assistant manager. She was not very accommodating but said she will gladly give me a free sandwich, took all my information and nothing happened. Third time I was there again the food quality was not good and when I called the store nobody answered the phone and I no they were not busy because I was there. No return phone call even though I asked to be called. I will not be back to this location. It's no wonder this location is never busy when I have been there.

I always stop at this CFA when I’m passing thru. Bathrooms are always clean, staff is friendly and the orders correct. Can’t ask for more! And take a look at this beautiful restock 10/10

I was there on February 28 2025 food was ok crowed I fell leaving the table broke my ankle in 3 places had surgery ect not one of there employees came up to me to ask if ok nothing I trip over there mental table which should be a safety hazard I will never go to this place again all they care about is money not the the people so iam loseing wages ect because they couldn’t put better tables in there environment this is my outcome of there food restaurant and on top of it all the waffle fries was cold

It was the most disappointing 50$ worth of chicken ive ever had. Under cooked, still pink and raw. When I told my son to call, they hung up on him, and I wasn't going to try to call again , it was closing time. I wanted to love this place, guess KENTUCKY FRIED is the way to go.

Initially brought the wrong order to my car. Got to my hotel and found out they did not put salad dressing I ordered in the bag. Now eating dry salad. Thanks Chick-fil-A.

Tonight my fiancé and I went to chick fil a in lower Allen. I ordered his vanilla milkshake on my app. Went through the mobile order line and proceeded to the end. There were several cars ordering food in the other two lanes. From past experiences, I know the mobile line does not make anything faster for you. It's just a different way to order. It seems pointless to me because it's not in any way more convenient. Anyways, after a few cars go their food we noticed ONE milkshake was taking quite a long time. There were also plenty of staff working. We saw a young man making a milkshake and said my name out loud (my fiancé and I both heard my name) then the milkshake was put to the side with drink orders. A few moments go by and still no milkshake. One girl came up to us with food and said a different name so we said no and said what we ordered. She said "oh yeah" or something like that. Then several more orders came out & still no milkshake. Another girl said "your food will be right out." Which we didn't get any food. Eventually another girl brought us the milkshake. Honestly this chick fil an isn't working well. I will drive out of my way for the one on the Carlisle pike. Just disappointing.
