This is my third time back to this particular Chipotle and everything I go I always say I'm never gonna go back. But this time I am completely done with this Chipotle. The portion of food you recieve for almost 20$ is ridiculous and should be a crime. And I know for a fact that this is something only this particular one does. I'm over it and they know that this is crazy by the looks you recieve.

This is hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever consistently been to. Every single time, literally, every single time I order on the app, my order is wrong. Tonight I waited 10 mins after it was supposed to be prepared and it was STILL WRONG. They have small portions, and clearly just don’t read the order at all. This is the closest location to me and I will avoid it at ALL COSTS.

I always get a bowl. I usually stop by later in the evening, so they don't usually have all of the add ins. The service is good enough. I don't usually eat in, but it doesn't feel super neat and clean.
I ordered through doordash. My order was completely screwed up. They told me they'd send me an email that I had to get a hold of doordash for a refund.... They made the food why would I have to get a hold of door dash they delivered the food.... The manager EAYLA.. Didn't want to deal with it said check your email...2 bowls delivered 42$ When was chicken lettuce and some black beans...
This place is a complete s-show. Skimpy on toppings because they don't keep the line stocked. The music is so loud that they can't hear the customers and the customers can't hear the employees. I had to repeat myself four times to the cashier who still got it wrong. The female manager yelled and berated the employees in front of the customers. Even though it was warranted because the employees are morons, it was unprofessional and customers shouldn't have to listen to it.

This is the worst location around the Harrisburg area. The workers are young and really don't care about the product you get. They never have ANY cilantro in the rice, and the flavors are just not there. You can tell there is no pride in the food they make. It seems like they just throw it together as quick as possible. Also, the portions served tend to be much smaller for some reason (maybe a care aspect again). If you're in the area, take a ride to another location, because this one just consistently disappoints me.

Love the outdoor seating area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean. But just like every other Chipotle they were out of something. This time it was fajita veggies. I’m not sure the last time I went to a Chipotle that wasn’t out of something.

I’m not sure who was working today or what kind of day they were having, but my order of three tacos was disappointing. Instead of a light amount of cheese, I received a messy combination of ingredients with a large clump of melted cheese on top.

Re-review from 4 years ago. Place went downhill since my last review. Food service is fast most of the time. However, they seem to always run out of certain food items mid day. Napkins, forks, lids, straws, Tobasco sauce bottles are always low or empty and not replenished without asking a team member. No one, no matter what time of day, cleans anything! The dining area and visible food prep areas are absolutely disgusting at all times of day. My family will not eat at this location anymore due to the cleanliness issues. Board of health needs to visit.
