Entire order was either wrong or missing and the whole order was cold. My son’s kid’s meal was missing the drink, the side (fruit) and had the wrong taco shells. The side of chips were entirely missing. Lesson learned, will not return.

Once again, I ask myself why I continue coming to Chipotle. I’ve already limited to only certain locations because of repeat concerns with cleanliness at most. They are constantly out of essential ingredients and necessities, this time there wasn’t a napkin in site! The work areas are disgusting. Our attendant couldn’t find tongs for peppers and onions so resorted to using his hands (gloved). He also was wildly inconsistent. I was ordering for a couple of men in the family doing some work at my house and was served child size portions. Other times when we have gone, it’s opposite. Where is the management and oversight really in all locations??
Also, when you sell salads, you should never run out of the one salad dressing you make!

this is the worst chipotle. Every time I go in there, they haven’t bothered to make the veggies. They are always missing a major ingredient no matter what time I get there. how hard is it to prep all the ingredients that you’re going to need in a timely fashion?

The reason I am taking the time to write a review is mostly to point out the difference in portion sizes when ordering in person at chipotle vs when you have chipotle delivered using uber eats or any of the other food delivery services. In person specifically the burritos without asking for additional portions of anything I always feel like I am given a decent size and I end up with a good burrito that I am typically happy with. But every single time I order for delivery the size burrito that is delivered is pretty pathetic. It is significantly less food and it happens every single time which is why I am taking the time to write this review. Just because I am not there in person doesn’t mean you should be giving me less food. I am actually paying more when having my food delivered and honestly the burrito isn’t big enough to constitute a meal.

Editing my review since the issues causing my 1 star review 3 years ago have all been resolved. I still believe that the South Central PA Chipotles are lack laster compared to others, but this location has improved a lot. We don't come often due to the post-covid pricing, but the food is decent and they finally found enough help to staff the place

My daughter had won a free entree for her library reading and we went to redeem it. I abhor throwing food out but we both threw our entrees out, the taste was terrible, the chips were stale and the queso tasted like melted plastic. It was all around terrible. The tables were dirty and we both felt ill after we’d eat the small bits we had.
I gave a star for the one guy that was super kind and actually talked to us like humans. He was great. Otherwise, I wouldn’t trust anything that comes from here.

I have delivered from here many times and eaten from here once. Their food is bland, the service is rude and even more so to dashers. They also mess around like they are in some sort of freshman party phase. The music is painful and doesn't make sense with the decor. It looks fancier than it is. I would rather go to Sinlatra down the street than eat tasteless food from this tasteless, unprofessional place. Bonus: nothing is done on time nor clean. Saw them put old food back out after swapping the pans and pouring the contents of the old pan into the new pan.
Good notes: the wood paneling is nice.

NEVER GO HERE!!! BUGS ARE IN THE FOOD! My husband and I came home to this bug staring at us when we opened the lid, don’t know what bug this is but this is UNACCEPTABLE. The bug was ALIVE and squirming. The sour cream also had an old taste too. This location deserves 0 stars, should had looked at the countless bad reviews before coming here.
