Over the last several months we have been ordering through door dash and picking it up and in all that time we would order the ‘fajita veggies’ on our burrito bowls and when we would get home, no veggies! Went in yesterday and made a person to person order and asked for the ‘fajita veggies’ and the staff member said ‘we don’t have them’ and I said did you take them off the menu? Staff member said ‘no, they were not prepped today’, so all those times we ordered ‘fajitas veggies’, they were not prepped on all the days we ordered them thru door dash? It is not a veggie bowl without the ‘fajitas veggies’. What’s the deal? Very disappointed!!! 😡

Avoid this Chipotle location! My husband came by for the BOGO deal today. They charged him $20. When he asked if that was the BOGO price, they said yes. He checked his receipt, and they charged him $6.10 for “extra steak” that he did not order on either bowl. When he asked them about the charge, they brought out a manager. The manager threw $4 cash at him and walked away without saying a word. This short-changed my husband and was extremely unprofessional. Please travel the extra distance to the Chipotle on the Pike. Much better food and management!

I got a burrito to go and the portions were cut in half of what they used to be even after asking for extra rice since I wasn’t getting any meat will not be coming back here I’d rather go to Neato burrito before I come back here

Ordering from the app was a rookie mistake. I ordered a burrito with chicken and they gave me like 4 small pieces of chicken in the whole burrito. Absolutely awful. Only reason i went here is because Silantra isn’t open on Mondays. If its not a Monday, please go to Silantra down the street. They have a similar formula but with asian ingredients, prices are similar with better ingredients and bigger portions.

Terrible service. I ordered a mobile order to skip the already long line. Online, it said my order would be ready in ten minutes and would be placed on the shelf. I ended up getting it half an hour later only by asking the guy at the front desk if my order was ready. Also, they left out one of my sides and one of my sides was spilled all over my quesadilla box. Do not mobile order here.

The 5 stars is for the nice lady who made my food it was great. BUT the kid at the register had no customer service. Didn't thank me for my business and didnt even look at me while cashing me out. He doesn't get any stars. When you're in a business serving people that's what you get paid to do is serve them.
I have been there alot over the last few months with my parents being in & out of the hospital it's convenient. However the last 6 times it has been absolutely horrible. Service is awful. Food was low or told they had no more. White rice? A major staple in all the meals. Meat as well. The store is filthy & not stocked. I give them chance after chance maybe just a bad day or they are trying ect. I won't go back there . I will drive out of my way from now on to go to other locations. Way too much money to waste anymore.

The place is filthy and the bathroom smells like an open sewer. I can’t imagine how many health codes are being violated.
One of the Chipotle’s that act like the food is coming out of their paycheck. Consistently buy bowls that are half filled.

I came in about 3 minutes after my order was originally said to be finished and on a self… only to find the chicken just got dropped on the grill. Waited an extra 15 minutes in my car, and still got told it’ll be an extra 5. Been 10 minutes and i’m sitting here at this dirty table writing a review. Better off saving ur time n money at this one.
