My wife and I stopped into day to grab a quick bite and the young man named Tykeese was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and made this visit better than any other visit.

Food is always served cold, looks old, rice tastes overcooked. They forget items in your order and then dont answer the phone when you call for a replacement or refund. Im so over it. Its the same service at every chiptole. The food is always inedible and customer service and managers never provide a solution.

The quality here has dropped significantly. I ordered it as pickup through the Chipotle app and my meal consisted of a mostly empty queso container and carne asada that was dried out and burnt to the point it could identify as jerky. I used to enjoy the generous portions and fresh ingredients, but this experience was poor enough that I won't be back.

showed up on my lunch break to get a mobile order that was supposed to be done at 11:10 AM and it wasn’t even finished until about 11:20 AM. Also asked for and paid for extra toppings and didn’t receive them waste of money and waste of time. The food looked like a bowl of soup. It was just soggy and liquidy.

I do not recommend this chipotle, me and my daughter had stopped here for some food, they are not clean, they don't wipe their counters down even over by the utensils and soda machine was dirty, I definitely feel they could do better with cleanliness, my daughter right after getting her food decided she didn't want her food so I went to get refunded, the manager informed me that they don't normally do refunds but said she would this one time, just an fyi if a customer doesn't like the service or food than the customer should receive either a new item or a complete refund it's called good customer service, we will absolutely never revisit this particular Chipotle.

one day I'm charged 1.75 for my bowl of only rice another they charge me the price of a veggie bowl. asking why only leads to the cashier saying some new different excuse each time. you have to order a quesadilla thru the app. you can't order rice on the app. my pickup order sometimes is on the shelf, others I have to wait in line to ask for it. the constant inconsistencies make getting good decent food into a chore. this store shows how much chipotle has changed in the worst ways

Watched the manager Ch**** handle a disgruntled customer like a professional! Customers coupons or points expired and wanted the free food anyway. Manager offered him a free bowl but he was still not happy and made a scene infront of the entire restaurant. Great staff!

I like this place, but they always seem to be out of something when I go there...guacamole or black beans, etc.. I find myself not wanting to patronize this location because of this.

I asked for no beans on my food and they did put beans! Shame on you guys! I’ve been waiting forever for my food through
Uber eats and then can’t eat my food, ridiculous!

The second time I’ve ordered from here and the food was horribly prepared. They left off the veggies, corn, green salsa, and lettuce. My bowl was literally half full the management here must be horrible as this location is consistently awful. Drive further and get to a better location. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too and no attempt to make it right. DO NOT GO HERE

Nice to eat outside
