This location blows barely gives you the right amount of serving

I like this place, but they always seem to be out of something when I go there...guacamole or black beans, etc.. I find myself not wanting to patronize this location because of this.

I asked for no beans on my food and they did put beans! Shame on you guys! I’ve been waiting forever for my food through
Uber eats and then can’t eat my food, ridiculous!

The second time I’ve ordered from here and the food was horribly prepared. They left off the veggies, corn, green salsa, and lettuce. My bowl was literally half full the management here must be horrible as this location is consistently awful. Drive further and get to a better location. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too and no attempt to make it right. DO NOT GO HERE

I ordered a bowl with chicken, guac, queso, corn salsa, peppers and onions, white rice, cheese, and black beans on 03/29/2025 before work and was feeling fine but once I was at work and ate the food my stomach started bothering me and progressively got worse to where I had to leave work 2 hours early and miss out on work on the 30th because of vomiting and having diarrhea from the food I ate earlier in the day will NOT be going back to this location at all.

I've been going here since the inception of the store. AND, IT WAS AMAZING. STAFF, has a lot to do with the experience. It's 3.17.25.. I went into like any other day, the the front line women working were the most disrespectful women I've seen working at this store. I'm appalled actually. This store hired a women so argumentative, so non customer service. If ya'll going after 3.17.25. Good luck. Hopefully you go during the day shift.

Ordered online pickup order… bowls were not even half full. Waste of money, barely got any food out of it.

All the complaints about portions are true. If the manager cares about that, they should spend time training people to fix it for everyone rather than posting links on here to fix it after the fact only for the people who complain.

Basic fast food place. Food is good and the service is good. Not a five star dining, but they don't advertise to be that.

Never has vegetables and the portions are not consistent at all. Will not be going back to this location.

This location used to be great, but lately the service has gone downhill. I picked up an order and when I got home and opened it, it was made wrong. Honestly, no big deal, it happens. After I drove back and got it remade, the portion sizes were even smaller, and the order was wrong again. I wish they would have just been transparent about what ingredients were missing on the app and I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place.

I guess the kids that run this place just decide to close early? I visited at 8pm and all they had was chicken and rice. Everything had been emptied and they were spraying down the ingredient bar. Adult supervision needed here.

This place never has vegetables. If you ask sometimes they'll say let me check the back. I told my friend about this and he laughed at me and said it must have been a shortage or something for the month of December. We went back this week and sure enough no onions and peppers. I don't know the reasoning but don't go here if you want veggies. I don't post often but this annoyed me enough to finally do it. Staff was always friendly though.

I didn’t realize that closed at 10 meant lock up at 9:30.
