Chipotle – straight trash! They messed up my order big time, forgetting half of it, and then had the nerve to charge $10 for salty chips and a small sauce container of guac. amount for portions so small, they make my pinky finger look big. But, it gets worse! When I dug into my chips, I found a nasty hair, short, black, and definitely not mine, chillin' in there like it owned the place. Absolutely disgusting… whose pube was in my food.

I love chipotle. However, the employees are incompetent at best. If there is more than one customer in the store, it'll be at least 15 minutes. They cannot multi task to save their lives.

So let’s start by saying i called this store 8 times and could not get thru to any at this store everytime i called its automated and the automated thing says to email and or use the chat service which is RIDICULOUS. Never had this issue at any other chipotle before either. I ordered 3 bowls tonight and 2/3 had HAIRS and yes HAIRS as in PLURAL in them. Most of these people were teenagers and at least were decent with customer service but never ordering here again as i just spent FORTY PLUS DOLLARS TO EAT THE STAFFS DNA….. if a manager would like to give me a refund id love that , feel free to email me and make your employees wear hairnets. THIS AINT THE FIRST 48.

Ordered on app for pickup in pickup lane. Got there and sat over 15 mins with no one acknowledging us. Saw 2 employees making a quesadilla and 3 getting it ready to for someone. They were right but the window with no acknowledgement. Finally drove around and parked to go in and get food. Once we got home it was cold and not bowls were not full as normal.

Wow. It’s a shame I have to give a one star review all because of one person, but it is what it is I guess…so I ordered a chips and guac on the app on the way home from work when I was about 10 minutes away from the restaurant, maybe even 15 I’m not sure. I chose the pickup window option. I get to the window (there were no cars there at all I was the only one) and it took a few minutes for the window to even open. The girl opens the window and doesn’t even say anything. I said hello. She asked “what time is your pickup” in an extremely irritated tone. I told her I think it’s for 5:30 but I’m not positive. I looked at the clock it was 5:27. She said “yeah, it’s not ready yet. You’re too early. I have like 18 other orders that I’m doing right now and it is NOT ready yet it’s going to be another 5 or 10 minutes”. I said “ok, I’m sorry I thought since it was just chips and guac maybe it would be ready I wasn’t really paying attention to the time” and she just looked at me and closed the window. I was about to park and come inside but I decided there’s no way I’m gonna wait for god knows how long just for some chips and guac while being treated like garbage, so I left . If you don’t want to work with people for a living just work in a warehouse like me ?♂️

Seriously tired of the inconsistency of this place. The person making the food at the counter must be paid based off how much protein they have left at the end of his shift… it’s 20 dollars for a bowl of rice with little scoop of meat probably ends up being a quarter of a chicken breast. I think I am done with this place.

Was my first time have Chipotle and it was a pleasant experience. The person fixing my food was so funny and willing to answer every question I asked with a smile.
I order door dash delivery. They literally NEVER include the fajita veggies when i order them.

This used to be one of the better ones in the area but not anymore. Food was not fresh, out of a variety of offerings, over half of fountain drinks were out of order and worst of all none of tables looked like they had been wiped cleaned the entire day.
