Wow! We were so pleased with our recent meal here. We got the large mixed appetizer (all 7 of the cold appetizers) and the Chop Shish mixed grilled (6 of the chicken, lamb and beef dishes), in addition to the kazandini dessert (not pictured). The food was fresh, hot, high quality and served quickly. The fresh pita bread with the appetizers was perfect. We haven’t eaten this well since we lived in the Mediterranean. A multi-course meal with dessert for <$65, and more food than we could finish, also made this a wonderful surprise. We’ll 100% be back!

The restaurant itself is absolutely adorable; the staff, outstanding and so kind. I really appreciated our server Lindsi's kindness and teaching us how to drink Turkish coffee. This was our first time here for our 7 year anniversary date and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was cooked to perfection, I personally got the Salmon and it was the best I think I've ever had in my life. We will most definitely be back. It was also very affordable; 2 entrees, 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, 2 slices of baklava, plus a 20% tip cost a little over $110.

Reminds me of home. Their Iskender kebab is to die for. The cigarette börek is both light and delicious. I come here every time I visit Pennsylvania.

The food was phenomenal! It was very authentic and fresh. You can tell the owner is trying to share his culture in his dishes. The entree portions were large and filling. Between myself and my family, we tried almost everything on the menu, and no one had complaints! The pita bread was out of this world! It was fluffy, fresh, and flavorful. Easily the best pita I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was great. It wasn’t too loud, and we weren’t having to yell to hear each other. The table settings were very nice as well. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We ate at Chop Shish for dinner. What a wonderful find! Very nice atmosphere with tables nicely set and pictures from Turkey on the walls. Service was excellent! (Sat 8/2) We had eggplant appetizers and lamb, steak, and chicken dishes and a vegetarian sampler - they all came with rice a green salad and fresh baked pita bread. All were excellent! Definitely would come back.

We were looking for something different for dinner for my birthday, and I had been wanting to try this place. My only regret is that I didn't try it sooner. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, the food was delicious, and the service was top notch. I wish I would have taken a few photos, but we were all so happy to just dig right in that I didn't even think about it.
We started with the small mixed appetizer platter, with stuffed grape leaves, hummus, baba ghanoush, piyaz, and haydari. The fresh pita bread that it was served with was very good, and all of the apps were great. We especially liked the haydari yogurt dip.
For dinner my fiancé and I split the Chop Shish Mixed Grill, since we wanted to try a bunch of the options, and knew that we wanted dessert. Everything on it was incredible, but the chicken kebab, chicken adana, and lamb adana were our favorites. And there was more than enough for both of us. The grilled jalapeño and grilled tomato were nice touches, and the rice and salad were good. My son and my parents were also very happy with their choices- chicken kebab, lamb shish kebab, and grilled lamb chops.
For dessert, 4 of us got the baklava, and 1 got the kunefe. The kunefe was good, and something we hadn't tried before... but the baklava was out of this world. It was perfect- not too heavy and not too sweet, as it sometimes is. There were 4 pieces in each order, with fresh whipped cream in the middle. We took some home, since the portions were plentiful, and we're already looking forward to the leftovers.
And I can't say enough about how wonderful the service was. It was so friendly and genuine, and there was no rush to order or to wrap up after we had finished eating. He insisted that we relax and stay to finish up our wine. And the fact that it is byob was nice, as well. We will definitely be back very soon!

Delightful new Turkish place at Camp Hill, complete with gorgeous vistas of Istanbul and amicable servers. The vegetarian selection is more than adequate and this restaurant is arguable the most authentic piece of Turkey in central Pennsylvania.

Food was just terrible 😕 The falafel could of been charcoal so over cooked and greasy! Cigarette Borek rolls also overcooked and greasy. Lamb Shish Kebab just terrible! Felt like a true Gordon Ramsay episode!! I do not recommend at all!
