Five dollars each for small buns in a forever chemical to go box, that tasted far less stellar than I remembered.

The free drink for BDays is false advertising. My man is addicted to Cinnabon. He was refused a drink for his 25th bday because he had no rewards. Never getting a penny from me again.
So very very tasty

Purchased a “center of the roll”, “bon bites”, and 3 milks. The milks tasted spoiled and I took them back to the counter to inform them and ask for new milks. The one girl seemed new or unsure of how to respond but the other girl loudly said “WHAT NO WAY” and pulled out the gallon and pointed to the date and said loudly “JANUARY 26th” and I said the date doesn’t mean anything the milk tastes spoiled and told her to go ahead and taste it. She then said “I don’t drink milk” and told the other girl to taste it and the other girl repeated what she said “I don’t really drink milk” but she tasted it anyway and said she wasn’t sure. So I said I’m just suggesting you toss out whatever gallon this came from (there was maybe a quarter left of the gallon). They then exclaimed they didn’t know how to do a partial refund and tried to make a call on their cell phone. I assume they couldn’t reach whoever but then turned to me and refunded the whole order then made us repurchase the food. Which was fine because the food was eaten but very disappointed in their attitudes and the interaction as a whole. Clearly guest experience training fell short.
Decided to take a drive to the nearest Cinnabon. I looked at reviews before going and originally decided to not chance it per the most recent reviews. No wait time and the food looks great.
Updated review.

Nothing compares to Cindy's cinnamon rolls NONE. But I will say if the dough was a tad softer, gooier and more buttercream and a tad less cream cheese it may be better then cindys. So far none has beat them but it is the second best one I have had. I will settle for them untill I ever make it to Alabama and get Cindy's. Overall 8.5/10

Best Cinnabons ever I promise you! Fluffy, fresh with addicting taste of cream cheese frosting and cinnamon sauce. It's not too sweet. A very delicious dessert. Please keep making quality Cinnabons!!!

We love our morning meetings with Cinnabon!!!!!
I am so happy they put a local Cinnabon in the mall! The staff is friendly, professional, the food is always fresh and delicious, excellent excellent service!!
I went to Cinnabon and I was excited to get something and they looked so good but everything doesn't even look homemade. I get that's it's a small business and they have to work quickly but I didn't see any mixers to make the dough or to make the frosting. It's also really messy to spread the icing onto the cinnamon rolls, they use a sandwich spreader instead of a piping bag.
