I stood and waited for over 15 mins and NO ONE made an effort to take my order! I was absolutely ignored! AND, I was the only one in there waiting for my order to be taken!!!!! 😠😠😡😡

They are generally the same. Customer service is the demarcation line. This one was pretty good. They were busy bit the folks behind the counter were professional. That is more rare than many realize.
Thisnis a quick place to stop, but don't expect too much on the customer service they are there to do a job and most of them don't seem to enjoy it
Please cook your hash browns longer and re-educate your employees on how to take orders. There’s no reason why I have to repeat 4 different times that I asked for a chocolate frosted donut & not 3 glazed munchkins.
Rude, non-helpful counter employees, wrong drink given, no straw, did not have basic donuts with sprinkles for my children and it took way too many questions about donuts with sprinkles to find out there were no options at all. I waited after my order was given and they he employee walked away from the window to try to get a straw for multiple employees to continue to look at me and walk past the window.
Specifically asked for no whipped cream three times got my drink has whipped cream thank you for doing a terrible job I will never come back here again
