Great service and food, but it is very small with not a lot of space and it is cramped.

They are generally the same. Customer service is the demarcation line. This one was pretty good. They were busy bit the folks behind the counter were professional. That is more rare than many realize.

Thisnis a quick place to stop, but don't expect too much on the customer service they are there to do a job and most of them don't seem to enjoy it

Please cook your hash browns longer and re-educate your employees on how to take orders. There’s no reason why I have to repeat 4 different times that I asked for a chocolate frosted donut & not 3 glazed munchkins.

Rude, non-helpful counter employees, wrong drink given, no straw, did not have basic donuts with sprinkles for my children and it took way too many questions about donuts with sprinkles to find out there were no options at all. I waited after my order was given and they he employee walked away from the window to try to get a straw for multiple employees to continue to look at me and walk past the window.

Specifically asked for no whipped cream three times got my drink has whipped cream thank you for doing a terrible job I will never come back here again

I had the WORST experience at my local Dunkin today. The store is located at 503 N 21st St Camp Hill, PA .
First off, I did not get a receipt for my purchase. I got the meal deal, a donut and a small coffee.
The iced coffee with the meal deal was not correct. I wanted cream and mocha swirl. There wasn’t much mocha in it. I asked them to remake it which they did but it still wasn’t correct.
The small hot coffee was supposed to have cinnamon on top. When asked they said they did put it on, but they didn’t. If you put cinnamon on top you can see it floating and it was not.
The potatoes were BURNT and tasted terrible. They were inedible. We have had issues at this location before and tried to speak to a manager but she was very defensive and not helpful at all.

Stopped there this morning and for as much as you pay for a frozen coffee you would think they could fill it to the top....very disappointed. The girl even shook it to try and make it look more full.

I went to redeem a free doughnut and they were completely out of all doughnuts? And it didn’t even say that on the app

Terrible Terrible Terrible. They get your order wrong then give you an attitude when you ask them to correct it. I am in disbelief that the service is so bad and it is located next to a hospital .

This used to be my favorite Dunkin to go to. However lately the service has been terrible with workers being rude, the service is slow, and overall quality has gone down.

Didn't get what I ordered and didn't get my money back$20 since I paid on the app

I have never waited a Dunkin’ Donuts for 20 minutes and the drive up line. This is the slowest ever.

Worst customer service which is crazy because they are right by the hospital. Please get this franchise together. It use to be decent.
