Steaks on the Hot Rock are terrific. They give you a sizeable, excellent cut of meat, and you can cook it to your liking. Very tasty and recommended. Their What the Weck sandwich is also fantastic.
I'm going to be flat out. I was very disappointed in my last visit here. To start off we were seated, and waited for our waitress to even take our drink order. Once we got our drinks she said I'll give you a minute to decide on your food, she gave us 10-15 minutes. And normally that would be fine however there was one other table and that she wasn't looking after and she was just socializing with coworkers and they were not using appropriate language for a personal...
Service was good, food was average. The draft beer was exceptional. Clean taps and fresh kegs!
The indoor dining area was clean. Menu has a nice variety for a typical American style restaurant. Seems like the kind of place that has a couple items they do really well, none of our orders were particularly great.
There is a covered deck with bar, looked like a good happy hour/weekend afternoon drinking spot.
