I placed an order today on the store with the electronic order screen. The reason I can into the store and ordered was to get a bowel with sweet mushroom. I ordered 3 helpings of sweet mushroom. We were handed our bag without any communication that sweet mushrooms were not available and items we asked for in our bowels were knowingly not present by them employees. There was also no signed to identify this was an issue. We got home and my bowel did not have sweet mushrooms, a surprise to me. I called and found out that they are out of stock. They should definitely alert customers if they are missing key items in their order. The first resolution they offered was for me to return so they can make my bowel, still without the sweet mushrooms. I dont know how that solves the issues. I am not looking for a refund but for the company to be honest to its customers. I wouldn't have ordered the bowel of the sweet mushrooms were present.

My wife and I have eaten here many times. It's a healthy and flavorful option that stays fresh no matter how many times you eat it. You can rotate the ingredients you add to the bowl to keep it from getting old. I wish they had one on the East shore where we live.

I used to love this place but every time I’ve been going lately, I’m given less and less food. I ordered on DoorDash so already the bowls are $3 more. Where on earth is all my food? You really couldn’t give me more salad mix? Not sure I’ll be coming here much anymore.

It's just kinda mid. This was my first time here and I got a large poke bowl and coconut boba. The large portion didn't really feel like a large portion and I'd like to say I don't need to eat too much to be satisfied after around 2 for the first time of the day. The three meats I got was grilled salmon, chicken, and steak. You only get one small slab of grilled salmon a bit smaller LENGTH of a chick fil a tender. Not the thickness. It was also somewhat thin. The chicken was okay. The steak was cubed and tasted a little more than well done and the taste was just okay. I also got the coconut boba and respectfully, you can tell they don't really put a lot of care into how it's made. The tea was very watered down (even with no ice somehow) but didnt have much taste anyways and the tapioca tasted like it's been sitting for hours as it tasted meh, the texture was withered.
Probably won't be back as this all costs about $24 which is unacceptable for all of that or lack there of.

Good food but service was horrible. The place is dead but they wanted you to fill out a slip of paper to make you wait 10-15 minutes when before you ordered at the register. I can see it used for busy times but not dead times with no one in the restaurant. Not many want to use computers to fill out their order they want to talk to the worker. They don’t even have a spot on that wasted paper to say separate container for the sauce.

The website for online ordering could use a little work, it's not the most user-friendly. The prices are steep, but chalk that up to inflation. I had a regular 2 protein bowl and bubble tea the other day and it was $17 (not including tip)
