My boyfriend and I stopped by for the first time. I found this business on Facebook, otherwise Im not sure I would have noticed it since it sits far back off the road. We both enjoyed our shakes and plan to go back again.

Great place! This was my first time there & the owner is so sweet! Not to mention, the protein shakes are delish! I got the chocolate chip cookie dough & my husband got the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake!

Inside out Nutrition not only offers healthy shakes and teas, but it's also a place you can hang out and meet like minded people. I stop several times a week for a healthy shake, loaded with protein. Many shake options also have fruit added and you can top with healthy nuts. Stop in you won't be disappointed!

Wow, inside out did it right! The owner is super sweet and I felt so welcome when I walked in! I purchased one of their lifted teas (fruit roll up flavor) and it was phenomenal, I had energy for the rest of my day. I went back to try one of their protein shakes and was blown away by how much it tasted like a milkshake, and couldn’t believe it had almost 25 grams of protein. I will definitely be a weekly customer.

I've been going to the club a few months now and can't tell you how much I love it

Very nice people, but basically all they do is mix powder with water in a blender. The taste is artificial. Not my preference for a smoothie shop. They tout health, but it's way over processed.

great tea wonderful shakes and very good service

I tried the salted caramel pretzel shake and it was amazing! The flavor tasted exactly like the description, and left me feeling pleasantly full. I also got a shark bait tea to sip on, and I felt so energized and focused my entire afternoon! Can’t wait to try something else again soon!!
