Staff was rude, continually giving me attitude and it seemed like they did not want to be there, the line moved so slowly there were only 2 people infront of me but it took me 15+ minutes to get my food. floor behind the counter is FILITHY with all sorts of pieces of meat and cheese thrown about. If you are in camphill take the extra 10 minutes to drive to the location on the pike. thumbs down. 👎🏼

This place literally sucks, the one on the pike is way better, everyone is arrogant and the line moves so slow compared to the other one, and the manager doesn’t know how to be a manager at all apparently, plus the floor is very dirty and sticky, bathroom had used womens hygiene products on the floor..

Place looks good from the dining area. Employees are unfriendly & seem like they are obligated to be at work. I went in today @11:45. Service is horrible maybe it was the team at this time. And I asked for no cheese on my sandwich when I got home i saw they put cheese. Not good

Three times in a row they’ve tried to charge me for a regular when I’ve ordered - and gotten - a mini. Definitely feels intentional, especially considering they have done the same with the fountain drink I ordered. Also, they keep the large cups up front and the smaller cups away from the register. Makes it unpleasant to visit which is a bummer because otherwise friendly service and decent sandwiches.
EDIT: Store management reached out to make it right. I appreciate that, so I'm adding one star to my original three-star review.

Ok. 4th time there, only because my coworkers seem to like this stuff. Ordered non modified sub #32 this last time. Was wrong every time prior, and again this time. How do you mess up a standard order? This last one was so bad I fed it to the dogs. Only one of two dogs would eat it. NEVER again. If a dog won't eat this garbage I'm now afraid to eat here.
I dont like to give 1 star. But after reading other bad reviews this place is definitely stealy money based on anticipated value. The kid had the slicer set so thin you could see through the meat and was not even cutting full slices. The guy slicing the app orders, compleatly different sandwiches. They were normal Mikes. $10+ for a reg#13 I guess is a new lettuce sandwich. My wife had to ask for extra cheese on her cheese sub when she saw the size. I felt like they robbed us.

I worked at a Jersey Mike’s for a year and can confidently say this is the worst one in the area. not only are the subs eh at BEST, but the service is slow, lazy, and rude. from my experience at my old store, i know their manager is not the problem. i waited until my 5th time ordering to write a review in case it was a fluke, but after 5 orders i can say that this place is the fluke. they skimp you on portion, leave hot online orders sitting on the back counter to get cold, and really make no effort just the bare minimum. if you want jersey mikes on the west shore, take the little extra time and go out to the pike.
