Ordered 2 subs. Both were missing key ingredients off the subs
Mostly lettuce on 2 reg no 9 subs, very little meats and cheese.
Very dissapointed will not return.

Absolutely ridiculous place. I ordered my food online 15 mins prior to arriving and still sat and waited FOR 30 MINUTES to get my food as people came n went.. if I didn't prepay I could've got in line and been out 20 mins earlier.. my advice, avoid this place. But if you do go, don't order ahead, they worry more about the people that walk in. 1 star rating for absolute ridiculous customer service experience.

When going to purchase the gluten free cookies the manager suggested I order them from Walmart. That showed hope much he appreciated my business.

Never working at a Jersey Mikes again, got a call from one of the managers saying how she was going to just let me go because I wasn’t doing one of my tasks fast enough. First, why would you even call and not wait for me to come in to have a professional conversation. Second, I’m new and I’ve only been working for this Jersey Mikes for 2 weeks and they wanna just stop training me and teaching me things just to tell me they don’t want me anymore. Very selfish and ignorant managers, as to say I’m not the only new person either so this is targeting at its finest. Subs are amazing but don’t work here if you wanna keep a job. I felt things were off in that store, people just acting high and mighty in a fast food chain thinking their working in a hospital saving the subs life.
If you order a hot sandwich, it will take you over 20 minutes to ever hear about it again.

The food is always great here. Here are my issues with this place: the sandwich artists are multi tasking while wearing the same pair of gloves. Touching the register, counter and whatever else then touching food. GROSS!
The other issue is, they are using the knife to cut sandwiches after it has been used then laid down on the counter multiple times. The same counter that customers and employees both touch. Also, that knife is laid within reach of customers...anyone can grab that knife....

It's such a calm atmosphere in there.
If I didn't have somewhere to be, would have definitely stayed.
The ladies behind the counter have phenomenal customer service. As a food service person myself, I always appreciate a crew who were so inviting and patient.
Not to mention the cleanliness. Didn't see a spot anywhere.
