Joey's Chicken Shack

We have been driving past this place for a year now and finally decided to stop by and check it out! We got the Shack Attack and it was everything I thought it was! Food was great, service was great! Randy came over to talk to us and was super sweet and cool!! Definitely will be returning to try more of their menu!!! Thank you guys!

The cheese is weird & not tasty. The fries are soggy. And the chicken was salty & burnt! All tasted like dirty deep fryer. First time & never again.

These guys rock. Total hole in the wall. But damn is the food good. Super friendly. I cannot more highly recommend this joint...

My only negative observations would be, that the "cheese sauce" on the cheese steak is not very good. It has an odd synthetic powder like texture. And the "toasted Italian bread" is not toasted or Italian. It was like under baked wonder bread.

Stopped in this small spot knew about it just don’t really come out this way. Got the specialty tender and fry and platter they delivered on crispy battered 2oz tenders. fries seemed as if they were rushed when cooked not my favorite nor seasoned. Got house made buffalo and hot sauce both are on point. I prefer my hotsauce to not be chilled but I am impressed will be back if I’m in the area!

Hands down the best local chicken spot. I've been hunting for good fried chicken since I moved to the area, so I figured I'd give Joey's a shot, and holy cow they delivered. That was back in 2021, and I've been coming back since then.

Between the friendly atmosphere, the consistent quality, and the wide variety of menu options, the only inconsistent thing is "What am I going to order?"! When in doubt, the Chicken Strips with "FD" sauce is the move, and the "Fat Guy Fries" are a great runner up if you're feeling especially hungry.

If you're looking to level up your lunch plans, but not looking to break the bank, Joey's Chicken Shack is the move.

Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is only a few feet from a handicap space, and the door is wheelchair accessible, but not automatic.

Wildly underwhelmimg. Neither the chicken or fries were seasoned. Weird cheese sauce. I got two items and 27 dollars i was expecting more food. There are plenty of people who like their food plain and those are the only people i can think that would leave a positive review. Will never b back

Chicken and fries were good I can't complain about the food. My only gripe that keeps this place from getting a full 5 star would Def be the price. It's good but at the end of the day....it's just Chicken and fries. If your going to put such a hefty price tag on your items. You really need to offer specials or Include your drinks or at least something. Over $40 for 8 Chicken tenders,some CBR fries,and a couple drinks just seems unreal.

Some of the best chicken ?? better than your grandma's or in-laws I highly recommend Joey's chicken shack for all your cluking chicken needs.

I love this restaurant.... great food and tasty chicken I love the popcorn chicken. Joey is the owner and he has a awesome spirit. He always so pleasant when I dine here. Definitely would recommend Joey's and I love to support small businesses.

Parking: Located in the back of the plaza there are other businesses as well.

Joey's strips are literally the best I've had across the country. They are even better than Canes. Love the homemade ranch for dipping. Love his Facebook post keeping all of us in the loop. When we have visitors come to town I make it a point to bring them to Joey's and they have all agreed Joey's are the best. Oh, and the fries are great too.
