This place is a bad service I have never seen before. They gave me only burgers and when are my french fries, when are my drinks straw's whole was ordered for my meals

I asked the manager to change the toy that came with the happy meal but they said they did not have the one my kid wanted without even checking and talked in a very bad tone.One of the employees also yelled at teenagers that were eating there and scared my kids. Very bad experience. I had no problem with them not having the toy my kid wanted I just had a problem with how he talked to me. Bad experience...I will go to Lemoyne McDonald's very good experience there !

What we witnessed today at this McDonald's was far from safe for anyone to eat, or be in there, especially families with small children 😞. Staff was heard screaming at guests telling them that they have a few minutes to get out 😔. Management was seen talking to guests, who were minding their business eating their purchases food. I am terriblely afraid for my children to be in there, once a child's wonderful place 🙏😔. The newly renovated MacDonald s looks wonderful inside and outside, but the serving staff are terriblely atrocious, unsafe and very unwelcoming. Other parents with children looked at each other in disbelief 😯 as to what was happening in there 😲

Took 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker. Was at the left speaker for 13 minutes before someone took my order. They were taking orders at the other speaker. Service was slow. Didn't buy food. Only purchased a coffee.

I ordered on the mobile app and the guy was trying to tell me at the drive-through that my order did not exist. They need to learn about customer service and not assume that somebody drove away when they’re sitting waiting for them to get their order.

I don’t understand how you have such a difference in staff from the weekdays to the weekends. Weekday orders are quick and hot. Weekend orders you are almost always parked or someone is parked but the food still isn’t hot and half the staff is just standing around

Went for a light snack left with burger still mooing. This was my 3rd btw I still ate it, update later promise. Would eat again.

Had a mobile order w/ $5 meal. Mcdouble had special instructions-no onions extra cheese which was an up charge-wrapper had ticket for special instructions but was a regular mcdouble. Requested BBQ sauce for nuggets, didn't receive any sauce, fries were cold & soggy which was surprising because they were busy. The drinks were correct tho. Asking for a cup carrier, BBQ sauce & straws seemed to be an inconvenience due to the eye roll.

Drive through order, got a kids meal. Was missing the Pokémon toy/cards. Instead got Sonic but they advertised Pokemon. My kid was very disappointed.. Don’t advertise something you are not going to give..
The food here - it’s not the best in the world, but it’s great for a quick meal! My mom had to use the restroom, and the cooks prepared and gave the meals to us by the time she was done. This was especially convenient because: A. We had 20 minutes to spare before a dentist appointment for me B. There were a good amount of people at this location when I went here for lunch Overall, this is a great McDonalds for great customer service and quick food! None of the ingredients were raw, everything served was fresh, and we were on time for the appt! Thanks a lot!

I'm very disappointed. Went to do a drive thru mobile order, and it said their drive thru was closed. It wasn't even 9 p.m., and people were ordering thru the drive thru. Something is seriously wrong with that. 1100 Carisle Rd., Camp Hill, PA location.
