Ordered a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese and marked plain on the app for add ons.. I expected Bacon on my burger and there wasn’t any Bacon only Cheese and Burger. Didn’t notice till I got home. I’m very dissatisfied.

Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and one mcchicken and a large fry. Get 2 cheeseburgers and fry and then correct them that we are missing sandwiches. We proceeded to sit in the drive through for 15-20 minutes and then got told it’s not their problem that we are waiting so long on food. Terrible service for night shift

I ordered 4 sandwiches with fries and also when I asked her for 2 small cups for water she’s said no only one she’s not nice Terrible customer service. I ordered multiple meals and politely asked for two small cups for water. The employee refused and was rude. No respect for customers. I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time my order gets messed up. They either forget something or give me the wrong order entirely. I asked for hot fries and they gave me cold mushy ones All in all terrible experience

This place has gone downhill. I ordered a chicken sandwich, quarter pounder, and happy meal. The quarter pounder had lettuce, tomatoes and mayo which is not normal and I just ordered the regular item so ??? The burger also tasted wrong and was not fully cooked so I had to just throw it away. Then i had 3 drinks and they just gave them without offering drink carrier. Finally, they always make you pull up front and then take 30 minutes to bring you the stuff and its still crappy. I won't ever come back and you should go to a different location.

Saturday we ordered 2 iced teas w/out ice; one sweet & one unsweet. The sweet tea looked really light in color compared to the unsweetened tea. When we got home, the sweet tea tasted watered down & not sweet at all. As you can see, the sweet tea is so much lighter in color!!
