Baby Bee Apiaries

Very rude employees. Given a coffee that the lid came off and dumped some on my wife. The cup was messed up and the lid would t sit well on it. I pulled out before the coffee was given at drive through and went inside to get the coffee and before I could explain got yelled at “I didn’t give you the coffee cause you pulled off.” I won’t be back here again. French fires had little to no salt.

The employees of this store are exactly why the service industry is suffering. I entered the drive-through at 10:31 and ordered a large fry and a drink, the young man told me I could not order fries until lunch. When I asked what time they started serving lunch, he said 10:30. So I told him I would like to have fries, to which he stated it would be at least 10 minutes and then asked if I would like to just go ahead and order a “pay for the drink and then order the fries later”. When I went inside to talk to the manager, the entire crew was laughing about the issue and stating “they’re gonna be waiting a long time”. Meanwhile, they had cooked hashbrowns under the warming light so there definitely was not a fryer issue. Just a lack of common sense and Customer Service.

So I’m at McDonalds in camp hill today and they do the can you pull up please thing… sure no problem… now….we wait forever… and they don’t bring everything, so I HAVE to find the receipt and show him what’s missing and now I’m mad cause we only got part of our order and now we have to wait for him to go all the way back in and do whatever it is he needs to do and the rest of my stuff is getting cold and/or melting and as he walks away…….. he FLIPS me off!!!! This man’s name was Tyler as I did go in and find out from the manager.

There was a guy who has lots of tattoos that was rude that was taking our order and he was trying to start a fight. This had to have been the worst customer service ever. Everyone else did a awesome job.
