OMG! So good. Every now and then you stumble on a hidden gem and if you are anywhere near this place…go…you won’t be disappointed. This is real Italian food. We had a great meal served by the lovey Molly and everything came out hot and delicious. My filet was cooked perfectly. My daughter’s spaghetti and meatballs were melt in your mouth amazing cheesy meatballs (her words) we finished with homemade cannoli using marscappne. Can’t recommend enough! Go!

The food was good, but not worth the price. An Italian restaurant that charges an app level price for a bread basket kind of keys into the cost. Rigatoni and gnocchi meals, two cocktails, an espresso, and a dessert.... paid chain steakhouse prices. The dishes bordered on soup like with the amount of liquid in the bowls. Tasted fine... but not the expectation.
Menu is small/ lean.
For a Saturday evening only four other guests at another table than us.

Had wine and dinner in the bar. The service and food were excellent! The meatballs and focaccia were homemade and delicious. The red sauce was very good. The only reason I didn’t give the food a 5 was the pasta was not homemade. The lovely bartender said they plan to make homemade pasta in the future.

We were at Mercato Mio at the Penn Harris Hotel and it was absolutely delicious. Our server Lindsey was perfect. She was very attentive! Mark and Collin their chef where fabulous and the food was excellent. I have a birthday soon and my husband and I were talking about going back for that occasion. I am sincere in my praise and count the days until our next dinner there. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a fabulous dinner thanks to our server Mark! He was very nice, helpful, and informative. The view from the window was picturesque at sunset.
We had the meatballs for an app, the salmon, brussel sprouts, and the lamb. I got a lavender limone mocktail that was delightful.
Definitely better than the typical restaurant in a hotel. I will go back for the convenience, view, and service for sure.

The waitress brought out what looked like a deep plate of brown gravy with mushrooms suspended in it. There were extremely thin slices of pork hidden in the bottom that were not visible in the presentation. The food was salty with one note of flavor. The atmosphere was dated.

Delicious anniversary dinner. The Gamelli was tasty and light, the lasagna with beschamel sauce was some of the best I’ve had. The focaccia was ok… but the tiramisu was also a highlight. Dinner was overall great and the service was exceptional.

We started with the meat ball appetizer. I rarely experience a three meat meat ball this tender. The tomato sauce was spicy which added a positive to this experience. I had the Gemelli which had a lemon, white wine and garlic sauce. It was good but they could have tightened the sauce just a little more. My bride had the Rigatoni a lamb and short rig ragu cooked with Pancetta and Veal Stock. What I tasted was exceptional. We split the Tiramisu which wasn't as exceptional as the rest of the dining experience. The service was excellent

I decided to eat at the hotel restaurant mainly so that I could enjoy a couple of glasses of wine at dinner and not have to drive after being tired from a long day of driving. Since I was by myself, I went to the bar and started with a glass of red wine and Nonna's meatballs. These meatballs taste like they were made by Nonna herself. Literally, like you were sitting in her kitchen, feeling like part of the family. I then got the wild mushroom risotto. And let me just tell you, they absolutely nailed it. If their restaurant nails the risotto, you can have absolute full confidence in the rest of their menu. Lindsey and Mark made me feel completely at ease. Although I was traveling alone for business, they treated me with the warmth and friendliness of a long-time friend while maintaining the professionalism that makes you feel valued as a customer. The dinner was so good that I decided to go back to the restaurant for breakfast. The Caprese omelet was absolutely delightful. The addition of microgreens elevated the dish, and the balsamic vinaigrette provided the perfect finishing touch, adding a burst of flavor that made every bite memorable. Becki and Cricket were lovely and made me nostalgic for some of my older relatives that we visited in Pennsylvania during my childhood. It felt like I was sitting there having breakfast with my Pennsylvania grandma. To management: your amazing staff truly made my experience memorable, and I kindly suggest ensuring they receive the support they deserve. Highly recommend this place—especially if you are staying at the Wyndham Penn Harris. And if you aren't staying there, go in anyway and know that you are going to have a great culinary experience.
The beer was great, but that lasagna was something else entirely. Easily the best lasagna I've had, and I often feel like Garfield with my lasagna intake. Mark was our server and was incredibly kind, brought the food out quickly, and was also very knowledgeable on the items of the menu. I will be returning every day this trip!
Our first experience at this restaurant will definitely NOT be our last. We arrived early so decided to stop at the bar for a drink. We were met by Lindsey, the bartender. She was very nice, made good conversation, shared her favorites from the dinner menu. We did have reservations for 7:00 in the dining room, but we did not need them on this night. The weather here had just been horrible with torrential rain and storms for two straight days. I think this kept a lot of people from coming out. We were greeted by Mark, who was our server. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgable about the menu and very very attentive. He definitely made our dining experience more enjoyable. Now the food. The food was beyond delicious. We started with the Beef Carpaccio, which was delicious. We had the Bread basket, and honestly, I could have made that my meal with a glass of wine. We had the Nonna's Pasta and the Rigatoni with leg of lamb and beef short rib ragu. Both were absolutely delicious. The portions are large, we each had leftovers enough for dinner the next night. So get out there and try this wonderful hidden gem inside the Penn Harris Hotel in Camp Hill. We cannot wait to go back.
Just another very below average Italian joint on the West Shore. Really disappointing. We started with the "Licurdia" Onion Soup which was average, but the best dish of the evening and it went straight downhill from there. The Nonna's Chicken was an insult to all grandmas. Two small thigh/leg quarters presented plain with nothing on them. The advertised caponata and pesto were in a small pile on the side as was a pile of arugula. The chicken was so dry it was inedible and my wife only took a few bites. We were told they cook it sous vide and if that's true, it was cooked days earlier and put in the walk-in until needed. Just horrible. In fairness, they credited that dish. I had the Pork Loin which was an odd presentation as I expected a piece of loin but they sliced it thin and laid it on the plate (like scallopini) completely covered in a mushroom sauce that was so salty it was difficult to eat. And there was an odd crunch like when you don't clean clams completely?!?! Were the mushrooms not cleaned of all the dirt or was it unincorporated finishing salt? Who knows. The atmosphere is very institutional and my wife nailed it when she said it was like when you visit someone at an independent living facility, and the food tasted that way too. The only positive was our server, Mark, who was great. Very pleasant and efficient. Thanks Mark. But the most outrageous aspect is the wine pricing. They have a small list and the pricing ranges from approximately four times retail like Bolla Chianti at $40 which is $9.39 in the State Store all the way to almost seven times retail for Pio Cesare Barolo at $550 and five and a half times for the 2020 Pegau Chateauneuf du Pape at $440 which is currently $80 in the State Store. This is no joke. The highest mark-ups I've seen in a long time. Who would pay those prices? They did allow BYOB with a corkage that they said was $20/bottle but they charged me $25. Best advice, skip Mercato Mio !!!!!
