Delicious! I have been here several times, and each time is as great as the last. I always get the greens and grains bowl with grilled chicken and add the toppings that I love the most. It's an affordable refreshing meal and very filling, I always have leftovers. Due to staffing shortages, you must place an order online for pick-up, but it's usually ready in 20-30 mins after you place an order. It's very easy to navigate their online ordering on the website. When you do go to pick up your order, you're always greeted by the staff. They have tables set up when you walk in where you pick up your order. It's sorted in alphabetical order so that you have a very easy grab and go process. I can't express enough how much I enjoy this place, and you will too! Definitely give this place a try if you're looking to try something new!

I’ve ordered from here a couple times and have been disappointed with my food. The first time I ordered the falafel and it didn’t taste like the authentic, freshly made falafels that I’ve had elsewhere. These were dense, dry, and lacked flavor of spices. The hummus were okay, but nothing spectacular. The second order was a mini pita bowl. I got it with chicken and brown rice. The rice was super hard and dry and the chicken was also a bit on the dry side, but the portion was small. The roasted eggplant hummus was weird and unappetizing. Overall, I would not recommend this place for their falafel or eggplant hummus. For the price, it’s not worth it. I paid $14 for a small portion of food that lacked authenticity and flavor.

Online ordering only at the time. They didn't have enough staff to take in customers, but they were pretty friendly and apologize for the inconvenience. Falafel were delicious! Dug in too quickly and forgot to take pictures.
Vegetarian options: If you can't have garlic or onion, you should ask what is in sauce or falafel.

Drove over an hour to try this restaurant & when we arrived a sign on the window that they only take online orders. You can't eat in or even order take out at this business due to ongoing staff shortages. ??♂️ We called from the car before walking in due to the sign. She was friendly BUT come on, UPDATE THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE! Hopefully at a later date when we're back in the area, we will be able to walk and sit down and try this Greek food.

I was staying at a hotel near their location, so I walked over to see if I could get a take out order. The Manager (Miriam) kindly explained that they only accept online orders. I told her about my need for Gluten Free options and she patiently reviewed the menu with me, noting the items I should avoid. I used my phone to place an online order. Their online menu system is easy to use and I was impressed by the number of options. The food was ready in less than 15 minutes and it was delicious. Everything was very fresh, the portions were ample and the cost was very reasonable.
Dietary restrictions: Manager was knowledgeable about GF diet restrictions and helped me choose safe items from the menu.

This is delicious food! Spiced beautifully, just the right amount of garlic, everything so fresh tasting. Great falafel. My son lived the chicken pita. We got off the highway to get this food while on a road trip and so glad we did. The manager was so kind and accomodating. We had to order online because of staff shortages, which we learned is happening with many businesses in the area. I’m sorry to see local restaurants struggling. Support local businesses! It matters!

In terms of food quality, Olive Oil is my favorite fast casual option in the Harrisburg area, where you will find surprisingly many decent fast casual options! I love their fresh, healthy-leaning Mediterranean (Greek)-style bowls.
On the other hand, I don’t always feel like ordering online or taking out, which is all Olive Oil does right now. I also wish they were open on the weekend, when I most often find myself out and about.
I gave Olive Oil a 5/5 because of the great food, but there is room for improvement in the “experieince” area, hence the deductions in two categories. I realize that I could eat somewhere else when I prefer an in-restaurant experience, yet I like Olive Oil’s food so much that I don’t want to eat elsewhere.
I suspect that Olive Oil only does takeout because of staffing issues, and I wonder if they would do more business, and manage to pay for more staff, if they advertised differently and/or relocated closer to the major thoroughfares?
