On an already terrible day for our democracy, this Panera Bread shines through at the last moment to crush me and my fiancées last hopes for our fellow people. We ordered to go, and maybe it’s our fault for not double checking before getting home. Maybe we should know better. But our two soup bread bowls, in fact, came with no bread. Just cups of soup. On top of that, both bagels we ordered just somehow didn’t make it into our bag. So no breakfast for tomorrow! Whoever was on shift tonight, 11/6/24, shame on you.

Still a pretty reliable choice for decent quick food overall. The toasted caprese was a bit disappointing this time.
unless u wanna drink it Mac n cheese with a straw then come here! ur basically getting toilet water infused Mac n cheese for your $12. I also ordered a sandwich and they put on inch size strip of turkey so unless u want a lettuce and bread to feed ur near by bird friends than come here too! 😍😍 worst Panera ever !!

The one star is for Panera as a company not for this branch in particular!! every thing we loved and the things that gave Panera that special Excellence is gone forever.. they took all great food out of the menu with word "retired" next to it.. kids cant have the pizza they loved & we cant have the bear claw with coffee we loved for years anymore.. very frustrating & shame.. we start looking for somewhere better to satisfy everyone in the family minors & adults.. I think the person who adviced the company to do that to save some money should be retired.. not the food!

I refuse to purchase bagels here because I only want them sliced and they always toast them. Today was third time I have ordered a sliced bagel and got it toasted. They dont check the requests at all
