Update: Unfortunately, my order is wrong more often than it is right, so I am bumping it down a couple of stars.

The sandwich was made so well. The soup was delicious and hot too. Great new Panera location! 😊

First time here very clean store, enjoyed ordering and picking up my meal.. noticed that they don't use pagers, not sure how they alert people in the back of the restaurant when their food is ready without the beeper ...? Had the picked 2 and soup very good we enjoyed our meal and was very filling....we will be back again šŸ˜€

First time here ... very clean, staff were helpful and the mgr was very accommodating. I am not a fan of online ordering because most of the time my order never comes out correctly because I am picky..
Here I was able to order at register...I feel that staff are still figuring out how to work in a restaurant type of environment and learning what it takes to serve customers. Our food was great, hot, and correctly. We had a pick 2 sandwiches and soup. We will be back again.

For a chain restaurant, I review based on comparison with its peers. This is the newest Panera in the area, just over a month old. The food has been on point — exactly like what I’ve experienced at other Panera Bread locations — so I’ll focus on the rest.

Pros:
- All drinks are self-serve, including the premium drinks: Pomegranate Hibiscus, Blueberry Lavender, and Citrus Punch. Less time waiting for these specialty drinks.
- Coffee is brewed on demand via self-serve machines (similar to what you see at Sheetz or Wawa).

Cons:
- No pager system to notify you when your order is ready.
- No ceramic bowls or plates for dine-in. The only difference between dine-in and to-go is that dine-in gets the [packaged] items placed on a tray instead of in a bag. I assume this saves on dishwashing.
- Salads are crammed into plastic to-go containers, which makes them messy and difficult to eat. Forget about tossing it with the dressing.
- The ambiance is subpar. The seating area feels more like a cafeteria than a typical Panera.

Overall, this location is slightly below the standard I expect from Panera. 3.5/5.

Waited forever for the food (two sandwiches). Several of the staff were standing around just talking about their tweets and how many likes they got. Manager tried to get them back to work and was greeted with a crappy attitude.

Dine in and took near 25 minutes for a sandwich and soup. It was then served in carry out containers? Only 2 other people in dining room

Small but critical mistake leads to bad first impression...

I wish you all the best, but you gotta remember the cars in the drive thru.

There are so many situations to go over I don’t even know where to start! Day before opening I pulled up to the drive thru window to ask what time they will be opening the next day. About half of the staff stared at me laughing with one another and completely ignored me. I waited a couple minutes before someone finally opened the window to talk to me. When the guy opened the window he said ā€œbruhā€ in a rude tone as if I did something wrong. He was white, wore glasses, overweight, and had a noticeable lisp. I signed up for the sip club day of opening. 1-2 days after opening day I went to get a coffee in the morning before heading to work and I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. The girl was very nice but I ended up leaving without my drink because I had to get to work and they didn’t have my drink ready! A few days after this my fiancĆ©e and I went late in the evening to grab dinner and before we left I noticed they didn’t even give me a cup for the drink I ordered. Once we left and got home we realized she never got her smoothie! So we had to go back and ask for her smoothie. Given all that had happened up until this point I refrained from leaving a review because I know the crew is young and the location had just opened. Couple days later after my last visit I head to Panera before work to grab a coffee and the door is locked, I could see my cup sitting on the counter from outside. It was pouring down rain and I was outside for about 10 minutes waiting for them to let me in. What really upset me is that I seen an employee look at me and then proceeded to look away and continue preparing orders as if she didn’t see me standing out in the rain. Why couldn’t she just run over and let me in? It was after 7 so the doors should have been unlocked. I realized that I needed to head to work, but right before walking back to my car the manager came running from behind the building. She said she accidentally got locked out and then unlocked the front doors. Once I was inside there was absolutely no creamer or milk out for the coffee so I ended up just grabbing a fountain drink. At this point I was really dissatisfied and disappointed with how poorly this new location has been operating since opening. Last situation I will touch on which happened just this past Thursday. My fiancĆ©e, her mother, and I went in for dinner. We all ordered you pick 2’s. They completely messed up one of our ordered which we didn’t even ask for it to be corrected due to how long it took just to get the orders. After getting all of our orders we realized that none of us were given spoons for the soups. I went up to a girl who was placing a finished order on the counter to be picked up and asked if she could get us spoons. She responded to me by saying ā€œokay.ā€ She then walked away and just started preparing orders. She never even got me the spoons… this was absolutely insane to me… why such ignorance?? Eventually after about 5 minutes I was able to ask someone else to get us spoons. We got the spoons, ate our food, and left. I really really hope all of this is investigated and something is done about this!

Worse service ever. They served an employee before me while he was on his tablet FaceTiming a girl for a half hour talking about summoning her before he got his food. I waited for 40 minutes just for a breakfast sandwich and i was 1 of 3 orders being prepared. Seems like theres no management. I get its a new location with new employees, but customers are last priority and no professionalism whatsoever.

i’ve always loved panera for their quick service, so i’m not sure why this location is different. i made an online order, and went through the drive thru to pick it up. i waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru before deciding to go into the cafe to see if i could get my order quicker. unfortunately, there was no one working the counter and all of the staff were busy. i left without my food and had to request a refund over the app. i hope this gets better soon, the location of this panera is extremely convenient!!

Through for a while because they were
