Philly Pretzel Factory

The pretzels here are usually fantastic and the service outstanding. That was not the case today. I purchased five pretzels, and when I took them out to my car, I realized they were quite charred on the bottom. I went back inside and told them I would like to get five pretzels that were not burned on the bottom. The young lady who was waiting the counter walked back to exchange them and smirked at her coworker. I could see her rolling her eyes. Another young lady who was working there did the same. A great product is at least fifty percent of your return customers. Courtesy and great customer service also count. It was disappointing to say the least.

Morgan and Ariel were so pleasant. They assisted in placing a future order and a small rivet cup to snack on while I was there. Such kind girls! Will be stopping back for the freshest pretzels and service! 😍

The freshly baked pretzels get me every time, for memories of eating pretzels in Philly while growing up.
Today I picked up the 5/$5 to eat one and take some home for the freezer.
The staff here is always attentive and friendly with my quick in and out.

I FINALLY made it to the Pretzel Factory! I will certainly be back for some other items. 2 for $5 was perfect. Loved the cheese and honey mustard dips. The chocolate covered pretzels are definitely high class. I will remember to get 3-bags and refrigerate. Wonderful & professional staff. I love when a small shop is doing big things! 5-Stars!

Thank you for doing a “small business Saturday” the family enjoyed the extra pretzels (15 for $5). Appreciate the gesture. The pretzels were warm and fresh as always!

I’m disappointed. The prices have gone up, and once again, the food was served cold. They’ve also removed my favorite item, cinnamon sugar pretzels, and replaced them with a cup for almost double the price. BTW, I can often get pretzels for less at airports. Not a great experience, unless I'm really hungry, I won't go back

Doing door dash never been to this place before until today and the pretzels are really good and the customer service was great I will be going back and I would recommend this place

Don't get me wrong food is great but this place needs to learn how to shut down there app services when it comes to big and busy days do to the fact i got an order to go pick up from them the line was super long and i'm told by the company i run for to go in and the order will be ready to pick up but they have nowhere to pick up orders and an older man waiting in line comes in the store and starts yelling at me because i went right in the store at which point the lady at the counter could've easily told this man it's not my fault they don't have it set on the app to wait in line at which point i declined my order i had for them because i wasn't standing waiting for them and i hope the old man that just wouldn't shut up at all about it knows that my car didn't break down and it wont my cars a scion and runs better than his mouth

Best pretzels in town. Good thing I don't live closer!. EXCELLENT! Staff is tremendous, I don't know where they find them. Polite, fast and know the "menu". Oh and FIVE soft pretzels for 5 bucks! Beat that!
