Very disorganized, long wait, wrong pizza delivered,
this location is bad. dont order from here. you've been warned. the small little female working here don't give a crap. she messed up 2 orders. 2nd one i believe on purpose. gave me a $20 credit. then argued with me when i tried to redeem it. just for her to make the 2nd pizza worse than the first. and forgot to put any sauces for the pizza(3 supposed to be included)
Incompetent management , never have anything ready. Whats the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait another 30 mins when you get there to pick up. Even worse with 3rd party delivery they will make your drivers wait even longer. No sense
The people who work there are so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They remember their customers and are so pleasant when you call them. The pizza always is delivered hot and quickly.
Would recommend over Dominos. It’s greasier, but it tastes better. The crust isn’t as good as Dominos, but eating it with a little bit of pizza left together has literally left my mouth watering.
The manger was rude . We got reheated pizza. Manger tried to say someone knock at door , really I have a dog , and if anyone has a dog they know someone comes to your house they bark.
I had done an online order to be delivered to find out after calling that my order was cancelled then to have a rude ass girl pick up the phone yelling at me to hold then hang up on me two times. I have never had an issue like this from any place. Think twice before making an order from this location....

We are once again beyond frustrated and disgusted by the extremely poor customer service from our local Pizza Hut located @ Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill❗️ Not once, but twice in the last week we've spent 2+ hours just trying to place a very simple delivery order. But between employees with little knowledge of how their internal systems work & Pizza Hut's sorry excuse for a properly functioning website that repeatedly froze up after submitting payment with a credit card, bank card, and later by also selecting the option to pay cash when it failed to provide us with confirmation of the order or estimated delivery time after paying by card, and then when it finally appeared like it was processing our order AGAIN an error pops up advising to schedule our delivery for a later date as though they had now closed although they were opened for nearly 2 more hours. The 2nd night that this happened we finally called the store again to place the order and they were of NO HELP, but rather informed us something's wrong with their register that it doesn't always work for them (really 🤔❔️) and that the new system Pizza Hut uses now is much worse than the old system Pizza Hut used! They supposedly did try placing my order when I gave it to them (1 large Pizza, mozzarella sticks, and 1 dessert item) but then informed me they couldn't take my payment because their system was also trying to schedule my delivery for a later date although they were still scheduled to be open for another 43 minutes and my address is only a few minutes from their store ! So I then ask why they can't simply make my order, allow me to pay cash tonight, and then add it to their drawer or system tomorrow when they have their Support Tech or whoever it is they explained to me would have to come in to resolve the problem. However, that evidently was too difficult or too much of a hassle for them because they supposedly couldn't do that, or maybe just maybe, they wanted to close shop 43 minutes early. The hours that we spent /wasted twice in the last week trying to place the order on their ridiculous website and communicating with them meant nothing to them I guess! It's mind boggling that any business can stay a float when they conduct their business as this Pizza Hut does❗️
ORIGINAL REVIEW 4⭐️ THURS, 12/8/22
I can't say enough good about our Pizza Hut delivery order a few nights ago from our local Pizza Hut located on
Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill and the improvements they evidently made since we last ordered from them several times back in February thru late Spring!
Improvements to the overall quality of their food, such as the way it was prepared & cooked, better ingredients, value/amount of food for cost, freshness, order accuracy, etc! As well as to their delivery service & DESPERATELY NEEDED IMPROVEMENTS to their In-Store customer service, compared to the MANY poor experiences we had previously been accustomed to for 3+ years prior to the pandemic even beginning. Especially the HORRENDOUS SERVICE from our local Pizza Hut mentioned above!
I genuinely hope the great order & delivery experience we had a few nights ago is the new norm for this location and not just a fluke (based on many past experiences). I would have provided 5⭐️ rather than 4 for the review if we had at least 2 or 3 orders with good experiences to rate them on, but that's not the case.
This most recent order a few nights ago was without a doubt the best experience we've had from this specific Pizza Hut location and we've lived at our current residence for more than 13 years now.. Keep up the GREAT WORK!
Food is usually great here compared to others in the area, but we usually don't go here because the owner is too cheap to supply the cheese packs that we've been putting on the pizza since the 80's! Suck it up and buy the freakin cheese packs!

This location cannot handle late night orders. First it was being delivered within an hour then it was two hours then it was delivered only to find out. It was not delivered. We called six times to inquire on the status and was put on hold for over five minutes each time basically they refuse to get back on the phone with us. Food arrived, cold, not as ordered, and for the most part was inedible. I realize it was a late night order but if you can’t accommodate a late night order then don’t stay open late.

I ordered 2 pizzas after not eating Pizza Hut for many years. They told me they would credit my account for the tavern pizza because they didn't have tomatoes. The pizzas were like dry cardboard AND they didn't credit me for the garbage pizza they said they would. Never eating pizza hut again.

Terrible customer service! Stopped in to get a small pizza box w fries. The lights went out while preparing my order. It was caious. We were asked to wait outside for safety, which is fine. Afterwards they were unable to complete my order or refund my money until the system came back up n that was an unknownat the time. It was getting late n I needed to eat. They told us to come back later or next day n deal w the manager, Jen. I had to drive back the next day to go to that store again to get my refund. Not going back there anymore. They could of handled it much better. Instead of inconveniencing me n the other customers they could of maybe given us a written credit to use whenever we wanted. Maybe a free soda today when I stopped in OR even to say "l am Sorry about that..... " Nothing just ignorance n bad management 😕.

The dinner box is a good enough deal if you're in a bind. There's not much here that isn't overpriced, even just for a pizza but the staff is kind.
