They make the worst drinks here. If you order a drink with syrup they will leave all of the syrup sitting at the bottom of your cup. Every drink I order anywhere else always tastes better than their drinks. They do the bare minimum and the drinks do not taste good.

Waited over 10 minutes for my coffee (grande peppermint mocha latte hot) and still wasn’t ready. I had to leave because I was now running late for an appointment that was 3 MINUTES AWAY!
I love this starbucks. today one of the workers while making drinks was playing a fun game with the customers asking us what our favorite animals were and then asking who would win in a fight, job interview, etc. so fun! food and drink was spot on aswell.

Was the second person in line and waited 20 minutes for a small mocha. I understand you have online orders but you should prioritize those who came in the store or have more than one person working. Everyone is great but won’t be coming back. Ps the person in front of me got a refund because it’s was too long.

The girl that was doing drinks was awesome and sweet but felt bad she was trying to keep up with about 10 orders or more herself needs more staff for work load is my only complaint the drinks and cake pops were great
