Ordered my usual Iced Apple Crisp Shaken espresso, it was mostly foam. Wasn't make right. I use to work for starbucks, my drink wasn't made right, told the girl about it. Barely any oatmilk in it. There was a good inch or 2 of foam at the top.. no topping, no apple crisp flavoring. Told the girl and she said that's typical. Umm I don't think so. Girl was rude about it.

I go here daily..sometimes more than once and I don't see how there are so many bad reviews. It's gonna be busy all the time with a high school in walking distance..sometimes you just gotta wait for your super triple espresso macchiato cold brew refresher.... 5 stars Everytime..

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. 95% of the employees are rude and not friendly. There’s literally like 8 of them and 4 people in the store waiting on drinks and it takes 20 min to get an iced coffee. Don’t EVER go in to get a drink. Go through the drive thru because they do all of the drive thru orders first. Every single time I’ve went inside the store I’ve had to wait over 15 min for a drink and it’s not like it was poppin off or anything. Drive thru is fast tho. But like I said that’s cuz they’re prioritized first.

An elderly gentleman dropped his credit card from his vehicle in the drive thru. Once he pulled forward i exited and retrieved it for him. The staff gave me my drink for free for my gesture. Starbucks for life

The employees at this location are rude and don’t know what customer service means. We placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving to the drive thru and were asked to pull around and come inside to retrieve our order because there were two orders ahead of us. My family is a paying customer just like the two orders behind us. I’m not here to convenience you, it is your job to deliver the service and convenience we paid for.
