Worst service. It took 15-20min in the drive thru to get a drink.

Poor service. They took 15-20min to give just 2 drinks. There are only 2 cars in front. 4 people inside the Starbucks but very late service. The guy at the drive thru window took the payment and didn’t give the drinks. When I asked about my drink, he didn’t respond and other staff from behind gave the drink that’s right at the window. The guy at the window remembered to take the payment but didn’t even bother about handing over the drink. Very disappointed.

Always nice, normal quality but usually a little slow but today it took 10 minutes in the drive through. I'm diabetic, ran out of sugar tabs so a coffee was the best option. I'm glad my sugar leveled out while we were waiting otherwise they would've been calling an ambulance for me. The drink still wasn't ready despite the 10 minute wait and the girl who rung us out had to make it. Definitely not going here for a low sugar again and avoiding it if we're short on time. This was not the first long wait and unfortunately happens at most locations.
I love this location! The staff is incredibly friendly and always take the time to greet me many times by name. My food is consistently prepared and my drinks accurately made. Stopping here in the mornings starts my day off with a smile. Thanks team at the Cedar Cliff location!

I have been coming here for years and find it to be one of, if not the best, starbucks in the area for reliability cleanliness and such nice staff. Traffic can be rough right as school comes in but it is worth it to know that the staff will get it right and always happy to help.

The baristas are incredible at this location. Very friendly! I stop by all the time and am always treated like iI’m part of the Cedar Cliff family.

This location is the best Starbucks this side of the Mississippi! All of the baristas are very friendly and consistently greet me every morning I walk through the door. They always leave cool messages on my cups. I often see the staff having friendly exchanges with other regular customers.Lots of the staff take part in charitable events within the community. I love starting my mornings at Cedar cliff Starbucks keep up the great work Erin and staff and thank you for making my days Brighter! Happy New years! CCSB!

Horrible experience! Drink not made with lemonade as requested and printed on drink ticket made with water because they didn’t want to make lemonade! Not filled as a Venti drink. Attitudes when ordering and said had multiple drinks. Called and spoke to night manager on duty who kept making excuses and hung up the phone! Would not take information for another manager. Will call store when opens tomorrow. And will be calling corporate offices! Amount charging for drinks is ridiculous not to make it the proper way! Been to plenty of other Starbucks locations! Do not go here if you want great customer service! The night manager and employees will treat you horribly and then make excuses and blame the customer for their errors in making drinks.
Morning manager Melissa is extremely rude as well! Hung up the phone, would not give a refund for incorrectly making my drink! Expects us to drive 45 minutes to remake the drink the correct way! Would not take my information to give to the main Manager! It was 7:15am and still no phone call back and they opened at 4:30am!
Did not give receipt as requested and will not give refund without receipt their own employee would not give me!

This is the worst starbucks next to the one on Carlisle road in camp hill. I will actually go out of my way to avoid these two locations. Waste of money cause the drinks are always bad because the employees hate their lives and don’t care about what they’re giving to people

I went through the drive-thru after trying to do a mobile order on the app. My card declined and I tried other payment methods (except cash) and still it wouldn’t go through. The barista was very patient with us as we tried paying a couple times. The barista overall was very nice and was doing her best at trying to help us!

Took forever to get a person to take my name for mobile order through drive through and then waited another 5 mins in line. Only one other car there at 1030am. This is crazy only to have my drink taste like crap which I’ve ordered many times before
Happy Memorial Day. Not so If you are going through the drive through at the Cedar Cliff Starbucks.Same order as always. Venti Hot Chocolate with 3 extra pumps of Chocolate. Temp Manual 190 degrees. First try they put only 3 pumps of Mocha/Chocolate in the deink and not three extra. I go inside and say hey this is light. The apologize and remake the drink. Well they did get the Three extra pumps correct but the Hot Chocolate was only luke warm at mest. To the DM who (runs this franchise) is to busy counting their $$$ to properly train your employees. I hope corporate reads this. (To woke to care anymore).
