I don’t think I’ve ever been in a Starbucks that prioritizes the drive thru over their in house customers! Extremely SLOW SERVICE!!!! Not impressed as a traveller.

Very laid back, relaxing environment. Had a nice music playing in the background, very clean inside, and the workers were pretty nice. It took a couple minutes to get someone to come to the cash register but once I placed my order everything was nice and my coffee was made promptly.

The older gentleman working today was VERY rude and sarcastic as I went back in the store from a drive-thru order because they did not make my order correctly. This is not the first time he has been this way with customers. Working in customer service for several years I don’t think Starbucks should have ignorant people in their establishment. It’s very distasteful!

Ordered an Oatmilk Carmel Latte. My drink was perfect. I've ordered food before & it was good. Today, I wanted just a Latte. Cashier was super friendly, so I didn't mind waiting for my drink

I placed an order for a drink and paid for it inside. I waited 20 minutes. Five people came in after me, ordered paid and all git their drinks before me. They basically took my money and forgot. I had to go up and make an issue to get what I paid for. It was a plain iced tea so it wasn't hard. They didn't take my name or give me a receipt. Starbucks is overpriced and their service is horrible. I'm an ex Starbucks customer now.

went in for a coffee, and saw the Holiday bags of coffee were tagged 50% off the regular price. clearly had a red sticker on the sign 50% off. I grabbed a bag. rang up at 11.95. I said this is supposed to be 50% off. she said well, it rang up at 30% off (in spite of the tagged discount of 50% off which I had shown her) she just shrugged her shoulders

It is a normal occurrence that an order for 1 drink takes longer than 30 min until it’s ready. This place is a giant waste of time.
