To be clear, the staff are always kind and doing their best to serve customers well. My drink orders have (almost) always been accurate and given the busy time of day that I typically swing in, my orders are up in a fairly short timeframe.

That said, this location’s property layout is the absolute worst. On more than one occasion I’ve nearly been hit by other customers cutting thru the exit so that they can zip into the drive thru lane.

I learned today that staff and customers have all issued complaints about this issue to no avail. I also learned that the direct service staff and management also cannot even implement any changes or safe guards to prevent accidents and enforce “exit only” at this area.

The property/building owner or the landlord is the only one permitted to make any modifications and this individual or company refuses to. So rather than spend a little extra money to correct poor design, increase signage, or implement any changes that would improve the business, this property manager/builder/landlord would rather risk the safety of community members, their own property, and customers satisfaction for this Starbucks location. I look forward to the day someone files a lawsuit against this landlord as a result of property damage or injury due to their vehicle being hit by another customer whipping in this Exit Only instead of using the proper entryway all because the landlord is too lazy and greedy to make a better property decision.

And to the gentleman who nearly took my passenger side out today, I hope you had the day you deserved and I forever hope you spill your coffee on the days you need it most. 😝

Absolute favorite spot in the area. Friendly, efficient service where I'm always greeted as soon as I enter and not sure how they do it but my usual always tastes better when Tyler and the crew make it. Thanks guys for always making me feel better about my day!

My friend dropped her drink outside and they saw and remade it when we went back inside to throw away the cup. It was super nice they did that and the workers overall were super nice!

I got a trenta coldbrew last week with no ice, it tasted great and was filled to the top. This week I ordered the same thing and it tasted so bad I could not consume it and had to throw it away. It left a foul aftertaste in my mouth and made me feel sick. This week the cup was also partially filled. When I asked about the new no ice policy and told the barista at the window I got a full cup last week, they told me some people follow it and some people don’t. Poor communication regarding policies at this location reflects onto the management, all employees should be trained to the same standards. This negative experience resulted in a refund. Employees at this location also coach you when you forget to select drive through pickup accidentally, no other Starbucks has ever made me feel bad about that. This locations management is worried about the wrong things.

Good enough, but the Nitro is not as good as Sheetz, which is weird that a gas station’s nitro is better than a coffee shop’s.
And Starbucks is more than twice the price.

The place was clean. Bathroom clean. But scent of perfume frequently overpowered the aroma of coffee. Strangely, it seemed that someone in the restaurant applied cologne several times (and there are only two other patrons here—and two manager types, plus staff). Perhaps it’s wafting out from the restrooms and automatic air “fresheners.” Very bad in a place where taste and scent are vital to the experience of drinking coffee.

Probably nobody else would notice. No, one of the girls sitting down from me just asked her friend if she smells perfume.

More and more people are sensitive to environmental toxins, and air “fresheners” and fabric softeners, along with scented soaps are very difficult for some people to be around.

I never smelled the coffee again after the first *dose* of perfume or air “freshener.”

The worst Starbucks in the area. The employees seem as if they hate their job. I have been here 3 times out of convenience only and twice the man was rude. Plus the drink I ordered for my coworker was not made correctly. And $8??? Oh, and if you order on the app you will be told not to enter the drive through until you get a notification that your order is ready, despite the drive through and store being completely empty. Don't they make drive through orders on the spot anyway? So if you order in the app, have a place to pull off the road to wait until you get the notification 🙄

It was my first time ever going to this location bc it’s near where I work. The employees were so rude. I made a mobile order on my phone and showed up two minutes before i got the txt it was ready, so I got in the drive thru bc nobody was there to get my drink. And the girl at the window gave me a face and said “next time wait till you get the notification before you get into line”. But mind you again there was nobody in line or inside. Definitely will not be going back to that location.

Y’all. This place is a HOT mess. 😂 I waited to come to this location hoping the kinks were worked out. It’s the most convenient location for me so I was excited. Started coming a week ago. I’ve been 3 times and every single time was a train wreck. First time we waited 20 minutes inside and then they got one of the drinks wrong. 😵‍💫 Next time we also waited 20 minutes inside and they gave one of our drinks to someone else. 😵‍💫 Today I decided to try the drive thru hoping it would be faster and it was, but they charged $7.80 for a tall Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with no coffee (for my daughter). 😵‍💫 I asked why the price is so high all of a sudden and she told me there’s no button for cream based so when she puts it in manually it comes to that. I literally asked, “Sooo it’s cheaper to get it WITH coffee?” And she said, “Yeah.” 😂💀 They’re all nice so I gave a star for that (let’s face it, the first star doesn’t count on Google), but FR…I gave you guys 3 tries after you’ve been open 6 months. No more. 😵‍💫🤪🙃
