Don’t order pickup, they’ll make it wrong and they won’t put barely anything on it. Ordered extra (paid) things on the sandwich and had to go all the way back once home because nothing was made correctly. They hire kids and don’t have managers in there, I would just go to a different one.

8:40pm on a Friday night and this restaurant is pitch black with not a soul in sight. You close at 9pm. Should have known better. Been to this location several times to find it closed early without notice. Just close it down permanently if your staff find it more convenient to leave early consistently.

Businesses are collapsing left and right and act bewildered on why. Here is a prime example. Jersey Mike’s was next door, fully staffed and in full operation.

As someone who worked here for 7 years through 2 different owners did the scheduling and inventory, new management is terrible. I’m here on a Sunday night, came for my order, that was supposed to be ready at 6, it’s now rolling in around 6:30. Order isn’t started. poor girl is all alone with a long line and a 3 or more mobile orders stacked up. Do better. Stop having highschoolers have too much on them. Shame on how its “managed now”

Very poor quality of food.. sandwich was supposed to have extra cheese but did not..meat was very skimpy..only put three tomatoes on a foot long..roll was not fresh .guy working tried to overcharge me.. absolutely ridiculous

The worker there did not seem to be into making subs they were out of meats also and the credit card swiper should be replaced I would recommend Jersey Mike's across the street

Management at this location never orders items until after they run out. They are almost always out of something. Today, the guest ahead of me had an on-line order, they didn't have the cookies he ordered. Not that they needed to bake them, they were out. For my sub, they were out of lettuce and mayonnaise. It is an on-going issue at this location.

Went in to subway and told the guy working there that i had a coupon for the 2footlong subs for $12.99 (which i made sure this location was participating) and the man said that they are under new ownership and no longer are accepting these coupons. I left without any food because I don't like that your worker lied when I know you are a participating location. I will be ordering elsewhere.
