I always have issues with this store. Tonight I mobile ordered and should’ve checked my sandwiches before I left. Got home and both were totally wrong. Called the store for a refund or to have them remade and no one picks up. It just rings forever.

The roll was stale. The service and atmosphere was by far the worst I have received in a long time. The manager was arguing with a female employee in front of my 11year old son and I. I had to prompt the manager for service. After the manager agreed to make our subs and deal with the employee after we left he started to engage with the employee again. It was only after I said it's time to go somewhere else did the the manager start making the subs. Never again.

worst subway I have ever been to. I asked for a 6 long sub. they gave me a 3 inch. I asked for meatballs. they were ice cold. teenagers screaming in the back as-well. horrible place.

Not sure if any one else has had this issue with them but I ordered a sub from here Sunday night. Not even the next day, only a couple hours later, was sick. Food poisoning. Not sure how they pass food safety. Don’t buy your subs from here. My advice is to go to jersey mikes right next to it or a different subway far from this one.

Attendant had literally took a call mid making my sub. She then made me wait for an extended time making the sub. Then she gave me attitude because I asked for my order. Intentionally shorted me the full amount that is indicated on the advertisement. I left.

Online order. One sub had bread so dry it crumbled. The employees had to know that when they “built”it . Underhanded way to get rid of old bread.
Don’t order online! Order will be wrong and with barely any meat on the sandwich. Almost $15 per sandwich to be mainly bread. Listen to the reviews!

Don’t order pickup, they’ll make it wrong and they won’t put barely anything on it. Ordered extra (paid) things on the sandwich and had to go all the way back once home because nothing was made correctly. They hire kids and don’t have managers in there, I would just go to a different one.
