Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

Too expensive!

Might want to actually update the google pages so that people know you are going to be closed on Labor Day. So we don’t drive 20 minutes for no reason.

every time I've come here the have limited flavors. some of the flavors taste horrible. for .79/Oz you'd think it would be top shelf. I'm done going there.

Everyone's so friendly they didn't even mind me bringing I'm my own chocolate sauce! I had to apply it on the bathroom if you know what I mean 😏. The stool makes the yougurt taste better and chunkier!

This frozen yogurt was not good at all. Won’t be back to this location.

Half the machines weren't even turned on. The toppings were almost completely empty. Was in there for 10 mins before the employee even came to the front. She lacked customer service big time

This place is dirty. Floor is a mess and sticky everywhere. Garbage cans overflowing. More than half of the machines are down/broken/filthy. This place went downhill.

I drove all the way there from Mechanicsburg since that location was out of my favorite tart flavor.
Came home and started eating when I realized it tasted carbonated and sour, like bad milk.
Took a couple more bites to make sure I’m not crazy and I couldn’t even eat it, it tasted expired or just simply gone bad. I called in to bring attention to it and the worker said - I will check the frozen yogurt if another customer complains. Excuse me? I didn’t even ask for anything but to check on it since I don’t want other people to come in spend $10 on a big cup and have to throw it away like me. Would’ve been nice to be offered a refund or exchange. Never again.

Food is good- not so enjoyable when it's ran by a bunch of kids with 0 adult supervision.

Broken chairs, no chalk, low fat everything? Is this even Sweet Frog.

Let’s start with the positive… it was clean.

My son was very excited to end our Mommy and Me date with a trip to his favorite frozen yogurt shop.

I’m not from the area but have visited your shop near Wegmans and found it very enjoyable and inviting.

There was no chalk for the children to draw on the chalk board. Trust me it was the first thing my child noticed.

He asked me for chocolate yogurt but apparently this shop is watching its weight because everything was low fat.

We went to sit at our table but one of the chairs had been broken in half and was being held it together with duck tape…

There were no colorful spoons which was again, a miss for my child. While eating I noticed the only employee was having social hour while sitting at a table.

I wanted my child to use the bathroom before our trip home but the bathroom was OOO.

This location needs a Sweet Frog Quality Assurance Audit badly.
