Dirty. Trash cans at the doors show ice cream spills from by gone ages. Bathroom trash can overflowing. Bathroom paper towel dispenser empty. Associate not present unless someone is at the Point Of Sale. Associate wearing pods while serving customers.
Two machines down. Blue cotton candy yogurt not dispensing. Pineapple cotton candy is icy. 8 blown bulbs in the guest area. Candy topping is hard and dried out .
Childs high chair is very dirty.
No hair net while in the area of the topping buffet.

The place was alright, not many flavors to choose from. Kids wanted some ice cream, but this was close by and decided to try it. Nothing extraordinary but okay flavors. Kids got the toppings they wanted, so at least they were happy.

Nice place. Greta frozen yogurt, staff is always a little late to the counter, but it's ok. Great family trip.

Exponentially better than the Carlisle Pike location both in cleanliness and in service. All advertised flavors were available and the toppings bar was immaculate and well-stocked. Oliver was extremely pleasant and was out and about restocking/cleaning throughout our entire visit! This will definitely be our go-to sweet frog from now on.

This location used to be one of the best. Over the past 8 years it has really gone the wrong direction for service and cleanliness. First, the associate behind the counter has long hair that is hanging loose and can get into the food. Second, the topping dispensers are literally caked with old condiment residue to the degree that hairs are stuck on the nozzles. Third, the trays at the yogurt dispensers are gross and apparently rarely cleaned. Fourth, the associate responds to questions with a demeanor that gives the impression that she'd rather be doing anything else but serving her customers. She refused to enter my phone number for the rewards. I offered to do it myself if it was too inconvenient but she told me to use the website instead. Other locations will ask you for your number to earn rewards so I don't understand the issue. This is very sad in comparison to what it once was. I'll make the drive to Silver Springs where the staff are kind and friendly and are constantly cleaning and checking everything.

Garbage don't waste your time or money, I come from the York PA side the best sweet frog place is in York PA, skip this place if you could, this place looks and belongs in the hood not in Camp Hill, more like Silent Hill, or at Bates Motel, YOU HAVE BEEN FULLY WARNED GO AT YOUR OWN RISK, ITS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY....

Arrived at 8:35pm. The sign on the door and the Google listing says they are open till 9pm. There was a group a minute after me who was also turned away. I am unappreciative of the in accurate hours and disappointed I didn’t get froyo.

This location is on the verge of going out of business, employees couldn't care less about their jobs, less than 50% of the machines work at any given time and their phone number listed doesn't even work. Sad excuse for a business.

Probably the worst dessert place you could go to. On a Saturday night, when many families/couple go out for a nice night of yogurt/ice cream...this place was disappointing. Very few flavors available. Yogurt overflowing in the drip trays. Disgusting. My wife couldn't even order anything because the only flavors available were PB and cake batter. Overpriced as well. Very few toppings available. No service except one teenager who came out to take our payment and then went back into the back on her phone. This place was a nice place years ago but no more. Save your money and go elsewhere.
