Texas-themed restaurant with all the hospitality and laid back attitude you’d expect based on the name. The hosts and servers were friendly and conversational from arrival through departure.
The fillets were perfectly cooked to medium, and the sides were tasty. Also, the various margaritas tasted great.

Food is always great here. I mostly order online. Today I ordered a 6oz steak, chili, and caesar salad to go. I was crunching my way through my salad and found this little guy at the bottom of my salad… probably my last time getting a salad from here…

We have been to Texas Roadhouse many times before and had good meals, but this visit was not one of them. The service was good, and the salad and rolls were very good, but our entrees were terrible. My husband had an 8 ounce New York Strip. Nearly a quarter of the steak was a very large piece of pure fat and gristle. The steak also had no flavor. My husband said it was the worst steak he had ever had at any Texas Roadhouse.
To be fair, toward the end of the meal, my husband told the waitress about his disappointing steak, and the waitress told us that she would have been happy to take it back and gotten my husband a different steak if he had said something right away. My husband had cut off the big piece of fat and covered the steak in A-1 and had ate most of his steak before he said anything.
I had the steak kabob, which is usually one of my favorites, but the steak pieces were noticeably smaller than they used to be, and were extremely tough and difficult to chew, despite being properly cooked to medium. The kabob steak pieces had been marinated and had good flavor, but I couldn't eat very much of it since it was so tough.
It appears Texas Roadhouse is using lower quality beef than they had been using in the past. A very disappointing meal. Any restaurant can have an off night, so I wouldn't write them off completely but I think I might order something other than steak next time.

Wouldn't accommodate a party of 10 and we're rude about not doing it. Hurt my feelings enough not being about to eat with my sister from our of state let alone how they embarrassed us in front of everyone about it
