About 60% of the seating was empty and the host told us we needed to wait at the bar and come back in a little bit to see if we could get seated. I've never been to a restaurant where I'm required to keep tabs on the host to see if we could eat yet so we just left.

Fantastic food with a comfortable atmosphere. I ate on their patio and greatly enjoyed my meal. The fries were some of the best I have enjoyed, as you can see in my photo I ate most of them before thinking to take a picture. Strongly recommend.

Wow. First time here, ordered the Harissa Grilled Chicken and was absolutely blown away: fresh, flavorful, and unique. Will be adding Watershed to my list of favorite places!
