I wish they had the orange cream smoothie that we get in Maryland & Florida. I recommend the Greek chicken wrap very good. Chocolate chip cookie was very tasty.

The quality at this location went down drastically compared to 3-4 years ago. I don't often visit this location anymore because my work area is different now, but will stop by occasionally when I'm in the area.
I usually get the same couple things, but from this location the smoothie is almost flavorless. I have no idea what was actually put in this drink, but i don't think they made it right. For a smoothie that's supposed to have banana, peanut butter, and dates, it doesn't taste like any of those ingredients. I only know they're were probably dates in it somewhere because I had to spit out pieces of date seeds.
The food I got was decent, but it was missing ingredients. On top of all that, they didn't even give me my receipt, so I can't redeem my points in the app. At least this time they had normal sized straws.

I like the food, i often get the chia bowl and egg n cheese sausage quesadilla (but i ask for no sausage). I've had to reorder many times because they give me sausage anyway (one time chicken). other times, when it is right, there is sometimes stray sausage pieces, once a bean, or something else. I often taste different flavors in a simple egg and cheese quesadilla, and between the other mixups, I'm inclined to believe there is cross contamination. I like the food, but the quality is inconsistent and concerning; especially if you have allergies.
the one time i went there to get food in person, my roommate and i were standing around waiting and the man at the front kept waving us off and told us to sit. Very uncomfortable.

I want to preface this by saying I love the food at tropical smoothie. However, this particular restaurant has horrendous service. Three separate times, I have had terrible experiences. Once, I was handed food and sat waiting for 5-10 minutes for the smoothies. They did not get made until I asked where they were and was told they forgot. Once, I was handed smoothies and waited another 10 minutes for food. And another time, the person behind me in the drive-thru pulled into a parking spot, walked inside, and got their food before I did. Just unbearably poor service. I will not be back to this location.
The flavor of the shakes is very plain, I didn't like the quality of the egg, and they added very little avocado.
