I want to preface this by saying I love the food at tropical smoothie. However, this particular restaurant has horrendous service. Three separate times, I have had terrible experiences. Once, I was handed food and sat waiting for 5-10 minutes for the smoothies. They did not get made until I asked where they were and was told they forgot. Once, I was handed smoothies and waited another 10 minutes for food. And another time, the person behind me in the drive-thru pulled into a parking spot, walked inside, and got their food before I did. Just unbearably poor service. I will not be back to this location.

Went to this location after the gym waited 30 minutes for my smoothie and chia bowl. Received the chia banana bowl and it had no banana but it had strawberries instead . I asked the employee why the banana bowl had no banana and he said “I’m sorry I forgot we don’t have any ”. I explained that he should inform individuals that they don’t have something the customer is trying to order. And don’t just replace the fruit with something else in case someone has an allergy or something like that.

Best sandwich ..I tried the pb banana flat bread and smoothie jetty punch ..best smoothie and service ..hope now they ll maintain there
Dont get the smoothie/yogurt bowls from this one. Got a Green Dream bowl and they put a tiny squirt of yogurt in it and the person who got it for me didnt check the bag till they got home. Thats like making a hamburger and forgetting the burger in just giving you the lettuce tomato and buns.

We always get smoothies, which always taste good. They taste better and more exotic than milk shakes. My son ordered a fruit bowl and it was not worth it and smaller than Playa Bowls.. I think they're same price $10(?), but these fruit bowls were miniscule compared to Plays. We are better off just getting the smoothies.

The posted opening time is 7 am. Both on the door and on the website. I’ve been three times now, last time I sat in the parking lot until 730 and they never opened or turned any lights on inside the restaurant. I never post negative reviews about any business because I understand everyone has bad days once in a while. But I’ve been trying to get a smoothie after working out and I haven’t even been in the building. I understand if you’ve changed your hours, but update them. It’s an unprofessional way to run a business, especially a franchise.
